Front staff was friendly and helpful. Room seemed clean. Bed was comfortable. Room is very run down. Lots of carpet stains (Yuck) broken towel bar, carpet badly frayed, holes in wall, picture hangers but no picture. No light near the closet so it's rather dark to see in the suitcase. No coffee machine in the room, window seals broken so lots of moisture and rust between the panes. Budget yes, but too run down every for budget.
