Sehr schönes Hotel in Kandy. Wunderschöne Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück ist der absolute Hammer.

Good property for a short stay in Kandy. Roof top pool is small but very clean. Room is good, A/C works well and staff very friendly. Not great if you have a disability as you need to climb 2 floors before the elevator is accessible

Location is not great because the road is away from the tourist sights on a busy road with terrible pavements. It is near the station though. My room was 106, which had a garden terrace. I slept well there because the room was soundproofed. The hotel is not at all good for people with mobility problems because there are 2 flights to climb before the lift. The breakfast was disappointing with weak tea & horrible bread that tasted like cardboard. The set menus were inflexible. Everything was portion controlled. There was no Sri Lankan option, which I found odd in Sri Lanka Leon nearby was great for meals in the upstairs restaurant. Appearances were deceptive & the menu choices were extensive & tasty.

Whilst thanking you for bringing to our attention your suggestions to improve our breakfast service, I would like to assure you that my team and I have taken your suggestions into consideration in improving our breakfast service. Regarding the concern you have raised regarding guests with restricted mobility, we are pleased to inform you that we do have a direct rear access to our second floor elevator and as such guests requiring assistance will not need to use the stairs. Hyvä sijainti

Perheen pyörittämä pieni hotelli lyhyen matkan päässä nähtävyyksistä. Standard huoneet pienehköjä, mutta erittäin siistit. Ei televisioita huoneissa. Ilmainen wifi toimi hyvin. Omistajaperhe ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia. Hyvä paikka olla pari yötä tai pitempään. Aamiainen oli maukas.
