Our stay was wonderful.. the shower head was awful and the curtain was short and water was getting all over floor.. we had a shower seat for our mom but couldn’t use it because the screws were coming out of the wall.. the staff was fabulous!!

Nasty and disgusting hotel
This hotel was disgusting. The hallway was not clean and then the room was worse. Dirty, couch had trash and crumbs on it with a rip on the top, walls had stains and screws stinking out of it, carpet had stains, bathroom door had a hole in it, shower smelled like mold, the main room door had a two inch gap and you could see in the room with the door closed, the pool only had two lights working in it. It was a total dump.

The property was in a great location, only about 6 or 7 minutes from a large shopping/ dining center. The staff seemed to clean around the clock. Very friendly and helpful. The room we were staying in was a good size and spacious enough for 5 people. There is a small exercise room available to use. Also, breakfast foods available in the Lobby Area. Overall, a decent stay at a decent price. Would stay again, if in the Kansas City Area.
