It was the worst embassy I stayed in. Had to pay $23 a night for parking. One elevator didn’t work so had at least a 10 minute wait going either up or down and carrying things I didn’t want to walk up 7 flights. I’m 65. Didn’t even know there was a parking garage until I left. The front desk guy just told me go around the corner there’s parking. I got there at night alone had to make several trips to get in and I was outside of the building in a parking lot beside the building. Had to walk a long way with my stuff to get in. There were always groups of people just right at the door you had to walk through with your stuff rude didn’t try to open the door for you with your hands full smoking marijuana. It was my scariest experience ever! And I know marijuana smell my husband is in law enforcement and I worked in the court system for over 30 years. I got to my room and stayed. It was awful! Couldn’t use a cart for my luggage as you could barely have room in the elevator for one person and a suitcase. We were packed in there like sardines because of the long wait time. I could never advise anyone to stay at this location.

The service was definitely lacking. The staff were unprofessional in looks and demeanor . I have stayed at this property many times over the years. It has not been kept up and is showing its age. Definitely not worth the price point.

Our stay was really good. The hotel was clean, staff was nice. The front windows and balcony door (sealed) allow quite a bit of noise in. The rooms were quite except the noise from the common area and traffic.

The first morning we woke up and didn’t have any hot water, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and said the whole hotel is out we can’t help you and don’t have a time when it will be back on.

My husband was assaulted on this property and now has a concussion, two broken ribs, and panic attacks from the incident. The property does not have cameras in the lot to show violence on their property. The staff is more concerned about getting the paper filled out recognizing the incident than about the people victimized on their property. I would not recommend this property for families. It is not safe, and the hotels know it.
