The 1-room apartment type "basement" is located in the basement of our house beach road 24, from where it is only about 300 m to the sandy beach sports the Baltic Sea Karlshagen. In the one-room apartment you will find all room parts united. Sleeping area with double bed (2 times 90/200) and closet, the open living area with a sofa, satellite TV and hi-fi system and kitchen and dining area. Here you will find a small kitchenette with oven and hob, fridge and coffee maker, as well as a dining table with 3 seats. The ceiling height in this apartment is only 2.15 m. For natural lighting, this apartment has two small windows in the living room. Otherwise, this apartment, as far as the facility is concerned, our other apartments in no way. In the garden of the house there is a terrace that you can use. The house Strandstraße 24 has a HotSpot Telekom. On the ground floor of the guesthouse Maiglöckchen, Am Maiglöckchenberg 3 is our breakfast room (about 100 meters from the beach road 24 away). Here you can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet from 8am to 10am. In good weather breakfast can be served in the guest garden. Not only our guests use this service. In order to explore the island away from the main roads and beaches, our in-house bike rental -Am Maiglöckchenberg 5- with the "Good Yellow" high-quality bikes are available. House guests receive a preferential rate here.

The house at Strandstraße 24 is centrally located in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen and was rebuilt in 2000. In the house there are 9 apartments in the sizes of 33 to 100 m². From the balconies of the apartment you can look over the beach forecourt out to the Baltic Sea. In the garden behind the house is a terrace with garden furniture for our guests, who live in apartments without a balcony. To the beach is about 300 m and about 2000 m to the port of the seaside resort Karl Hagen. The house has a HotSpot Telekom. The day passes are available at the office, Am Maiglöckchenberg 5. The price is given by the Telekom. In front of the house you will find our ever-popular book exchange cell, a retired yellow telephone booth. Here you can exchange your already read holiday reading for another book for free. Would you like to book a linen package (night and bath) in advance, it costs per person 12.50 €. On site costs a linen package then 15.00 € per person.   On the ground floor of the guest house Maiglöckchen, Am Maiglöckchenberg 3, is our breakfast room (about 100 meters from the beach road 24 away). A rich breakfast buffet is available here from 8:00 am to 10:00 am The buffet includes a selection of meats, cheeses, jams and pastries, as well as various fruits, cereals and dairy foods. You will be offered daily boiled eggs, fried and scrambled eggs, with or without bacon. This is freshly prepared. In good weather breakfast can be served in the guest garden. Price per person: 8,75 €, children from 4 to 12 years 5,00 € and children up to 3 years of age have breakfast for 0,00 €. Not only our guests use this service. In order to explore the island away from the main roads and beaches, our in-house bike rental - Am Maiglöckchenberg 5 - with the "Good Yellow" high-quality bikes are available. House guests receive a preferential rate here. Book your rental bike with us directly. Only then you will receive a 10% discount on the daily price for guests (at this price possible until 14 days after the booking date)!

Für einen Kurztrip absolut ausreichend!
Die Wohnung ist sehr süß klein. Die Betten waren super bequem. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Für einen Kurztrip mit viel Aufenthalt im Freien absolut zu empfehlen. Der Raum ist sehr dunkel, auch am Tag, weshalb das Aufstehen etwas erschwert wurde. Die Nähe zum Strand besticht absolut!
