The property is pretty old, but it was pretty clean. Walkable from the station. Near Katoomba RSL and bus stops. Good location and breakfast.
No staff was around, but there was info how to check in after hours. Hotel floor creaks with every step. Smells like abondoned, old house. No screens on windows. There was breakfast available when it said it was included in the fee. The hotel is ok but I will never stay there again.

The room is very cold and breakfast can be enhance to include more items. Location is near to echo point near 3 sisters.
Hotel very dated rundown and tatty looked like it was
In a different era rooms very basic and in need or renovation, but clean and tidy bedl linen clean plus toilet and shower good only ever saw 2 staff members in hotel no help from lady in reception which closed most of time would not recommend a stay as discription
Of hotel very misleading
I had booked a 2 rooms but got an upgrade to stay at Annie's cottage as we were 2 families. The cottage was beautifully maintained. The house was clean and comfortable with parking at the back. Very close to Katoomba station and town centre. We loved our stay there.
Just had one night here in a standard room. Room was compact but any longer we would have been tripping over everything. But t had all we needed. Bathroom is compact. It is an old hotel but is in keeping for the area. Location is good. There was a continental breakfast, which was good to start the day.

Room was clean, nice decor in room and common areas. There was a restaurant but it was only open for continental breakfast. Location was good as it was walking distance to Echo Point and to downtown Katoomba.
Great old hotel in a great location for walks in the Blue Mountains, buses and cafes and shops in Katoomba. Good breakfast.

Functional 3 star property, was expensive for experience as it’s run down (carpets worn, old furniture, paint). Mattress is lumpy, air con has permanent sign to say it doesn’t work. Tiny shower. Shame the owners don’t invest into the property. Cleaners do a great job, great sheets

Room was clean but bed was not made , tea milk & coffee not replenished. Overall hotel was ok but staff could do better.
Totally run down and overpriced! Avoid it!
The carpets in the room were old and filthy. When it rained I had a water leak dripping beside the bed.
The bathroom was best part but temperature from the shower changed so much and so quick, I got scolded on my back.
For the hotel info - I was in room 5 and the waterfall was right hand side of bed - I guess you know as the paint was peeling!
Comfortable stay with some old world charm. Rooms were clean and bed was nice. Good continental breakfast with fresh fruit, non dairy milks and gluten free options. Would stay again.

The property is quite dated although some may say “historic”. Our king room was an adequate size, however the bathroom was quite small. The room was clean, but the property doorways and entryways needed some cleaning. The included breakfast was very basic and described as such.

Free breakfast was cereals and toast.
It was nice that it was very quiet and homey, despite the walls being as thin as paper.
Best part was the location - very accessible to a lot of dining areas and the sites.

Was a beautiful little room. Our bathroom door fell off and i had to fix that. Room was clean, bathroom was spotless. Power point for the kettle was no where to be found, had to boil the kettle in the bathroom. The breakfast was amazing.
