Strange men at the rear of property when I was coming out of hotel as well as back in around 11 at night.
When checking out I was told I had a balance on my account. I said no, I already paid through Expedia. The lady refused to accept what I had just told her and proceeded to tell me I booked through some other sight and I hadn’t paid for my room.
So I opened my bank app and started reaching for my payment. She again said that it was booked through some other sight that hadn’t pulled the funds and that the balance due was 80 some dollars. Which make any since considering I had a suite for two nights. Much more than 80 some dollars. She clearly wasn’t going to believe me. When I finally asked for a manager she looked back at the computer and realized she had pulled up the wrong guests room.
She apologized, yet just the embarrassment with a guest behind me waiting to check out, and the frustration I had because I couldn’t find the receipt of payment feet enough to prove what I was saying was true. Maybe she should have looked again when I first said that I had already paid. Instead of not believing me.
