If it's the wintertime, you'll love the property's ski-on/ski-off feature, which allows you quick access to hit the trails right from your front door, the Sunrise Lift doesn't require a lift ticket! There's also a shuttle that will take you to other trails.

In the summertime, hiking at the nearby Green Mountain is a fantastic option or rock climbing at Deer Leap. If you wish to explore Killington's bars, restaurants, and stores, you can get there in less than twenty minutes, and if you don't feel like traveling too far, there are some dining options in close vicinity.

It is Sunrise home owner association bylaws state that your pet/s MUST always be on a leash at all times when outside. NEVER walk the dog on the ski trail. Dog waste MUST be picked up and disposed of properly. Please respect your neighbors, snow enthusiasts, and maintenance staff by cleaning up after your pet/s. Sustained dog barking from dogs left alone in units is unacceptable at any time.
