Something for Everyone!
This spacious house offers an array of games to play. We loved the 3 different "Living room" areas, which allowed our group of 21 to spread out when wanting to do different activities. The eating area was perfect with an oversized table and long counter tops with barstools. We thoroughly enjoyed their extra large private jacuzzi and upper deck with ample seating and gorgeous views. The neighborhood playground is directly outside the home; we could watch our kids from the balcony. The kitchens could use a few items (extra cookie sheets and some medium sized pots and skillets). Besides this minor negative we had everything we could want or need at this house!

Lakeside Escape rocked!
Our family had an excellent experience at Lakeside Escape. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kids stayed occupied with all of the arcade and other games. The house was easy to find and it felt comfortable as soon as we got in it. We will be coming back!

We stayed here for my wife’s 50th birthday celebration. The accommodations were phenomenal and in our group of five couples we each had plenty of space and privacy. Everything is great in this property highly recommend. Host Ryan was very cooperative in his communication which helped make our stay even that much better!

What an amazing home!
We had our family there. 17 humans. It was perfect! So much space! Took full advantage of the second kitchen, especially the second fridge. Kitchen was large enough for several people to be in at one time. Kids never complained of boredom.

The house was amazing and had all the room we needed for our family. The games kept the children entertained when we weren't out doing other activities. The pool being right out the back door was also very convenient. Highly recommend and would love to go back!

Lake house getaway!
Such a great vacation spot! Beautiful home with lots of space and something for everyone. Highlights included the view, pools, games for the kids, s'mores on the deck, and a nice kitchen/grill so you don't have to eat out. The pool off the back deck felt like our own as most people use the main pool and lazy river.

Perfect Property for a Family
The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The bedroom/bathroom setup was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 7 kids. We had a question or two the first day, and Ryan (the host) was quick to respond. There was plenty of parking, and the ability to park down the hill and right outside the lower level doors made loading and unloading so much easier because we could avoid having to use the stairs. We would definitely stay there again!!

21 member family vacation
The house was perfect for our large family vacation, all rooms were very spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms. Lots of games in the house, we spent a lot of time on the outside deck , cooking (loved the flat top grill!), watching tv and playing games. The lazy river was a hit, but there was also a pool right behind our lodge, it felt like it was our own private pool. So the location of the lodge within the resort was our favorite! The lodge was 25-35 minutes to anything we wanted to do in Branson. We were able to dock our pontoon boat at the Kimberling city Marina, which is a very nice marina. The owner , Ryan was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had! Definitely our best family vacation!

Wonderful property with fantastic view and amenities
We had four families stay together at the property and it was wonderful. Our group especially loved the Golden Tee machine (which is commercial grade), the shuffleboard, the billiards and the cornhole. The house is very new and everything inside it is too. The upper deck has a fire table and the view and breeze out there is lovely. The property owners provide great communication (including a complete list of info right before the trip starts). They are also very responsive if you need anything at all. Overall a wonderful experience, would absolutely rent from them again at any time.

Fantastic!!
There were 11 in our party ranging from 19-79 and we had an amazing time! The house was very well stocked and very comfortable. The games were an amazing bonus and there was literally something for everyone in the party. We have stayed at many VRBO "big" homes in the past and this by far has all of those beat. Communication with the homeowner was perfect and I would recommend this home to anyone.

Wonderful Memorial Weekend Getaway
Our family of 8 (3 adult kids and their +1s) had an amazing time at this lakeside place. The accommodations were wonderful with a large kitchen and great room, plentiful bedrooms with comfortable beds, and all of the games you can ever imagine. We had a game night which was so much fun. The Marina across the bridge is very well appointed and was very convenient to rent a boat for the day. If you have small kiddos, this place is incredibly convenient to the outdoor pool and jungle gym for the complex, and easy to supervise. My adult kids preferred the on premise hot tub. Excellent stay and the owners are very responsive to questions and communications in general. 5 stars for sure.

Family at the lake
A wonderful relaxing time for all. The generous rooms and gathering areas allowed for both privacy and great communal activity. The spacious kitchen and eating areas allowed for comfortable meals with up to 19 people. The location was just what we wanted, close but not too close to the attractions. The games and decks were great for small groups to do their own things without involving every body. I strongly recommend this spot for any large group looking to share special memories

45th Anniversary/Easter Week Family Vacation
We were so happy with our choice of Lakeside Escape for our Family vacation, it surpassed all of our expectations. Lake House was exactly as described in the listing but more beautiful in person. The owners have provided everything we could possibly want for our stay. The two kitchens were well equipped, lots of counterspace, 4 coffee pots, multiple sets of cutlery and so much more! Had no problems preparing a meal for 18 on Easter Sunday. The Lake House is also very clean, spacious & cozy. All the beds were super comfortable. The extra throws and blankets were a nice touch! You were able to admire the Views, enjoy the spectacular Sunrises and Sunsets on the most comfortable outdoor furniture. The house is located very close to Branson & all that it has to offer, but why leave when you have use of all those TVs, so many different awesome games, covered outdoor decks, a Hot Tub, Fireplaces, Fire Table, Firepit, this house has so much to offer for a Family Vacation. Communicating with Ryan was terrific also, he was always a text away if we needed anything before or during our stay. Lakeside Escape helped to make our 45th Anniversary/Family Vacation one we will remember always. We Highly Recommend Ryan & Johanna's lovely "5 Star" Home.

Spring Break Trip
Lakeside Escape is beautiful home for a family vacation. It has all the amenities that you would ever need. We were two families staying together for Spring Break. The home is new, clean and decorated perfectly. There are so many games to enjoy from one person to multiple players. We played them all, but the infinity table was being used whenever we were home and was the ultimate favorite! The kids used the downstairs as their own private area and we were able to spread out when needed. The amount of games, TV's, fire pits and blankets allows for multiple families to travel together. We enjoyed using the hot tub and covered porch at the house, indoor pool and pickleball courts onsite. We did different day trips depending on the weather, but loved the aquarium at BassPro Shops in Springfield, Top of the Rock at Big Cedar Lodge, the Mountain Coaster and Go Karts in Branson. We went fishing on Table Rock Lake with a guide and caught some big bass. The house is perfectly located for all of the things that we wanted to do and super close to the grocery store. Even when we were home we felt like we had so many different options to entertain us. I would highly recommend staying at Ryan and Johanna's home.

Perfect Branson Vacation Home
Fabulous home to spend Spring Break with our 3 teens. Great views of the lake and easy access to Branson and all the activities in the area (Dogwood Canyon and Silver Dollar City are both under 20 minutes away). The house itself was amazing with so many things for our family to do (everyone loved the Arcade Game, Infinity Gaming Table and Golden Tee Game). We had several shuffleboard and pool tournaments during the week. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax after long days of hiking and walking around all the attractions. The communication with Ryan was spot on. We told him the propane was out on the tables on the deck and he had his team bring replacements and switch them out in less than 2 hours. We've already talked to our extended family about a multi-family visit around the holidays or in summer. To quote my 16 year old, this house "slayed". We can't wait to return!!

Great Christmas vacation
This house is everything and some. The pictures of the house does it no justice. It’s 3 stories of beauty. It’s located in a community with a pool, basketball and volleyball. The house was WELL equipped with everything my family needed. It was 2 kitchen which was great for Christmas dinner. The house was located within 30 mins from the mall and 15mins from the local Walmart and other stores.

No Cell Phone Zone
Does your family suffer from too much screen time and not enough interaction with one another? This rental will change that; the cell/internet service was available and worked perfectly fine however we didn’t need much of either because we were too busy playing and interacting. Multiple generations under one roof - 3 YO to 78 YO and there was something for everyone to do! And we loved that there was enough dining seats to accommodate our entire family for meals. We loved our stay and hope to have the chance to come back. Next time we’ll spend sometime outside on the deck/patio and maybe in the hot tub. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place + having great communication!

Wonderful Home Full of Fun
What a great home for vacation with family! The 3 levels are so strategically designed so that people can have privacy and yet feel close to the heart of the home. The deck had a lovely fire pit and dining table with fire pit too! It was so enjoyable to visit around them.The hot tub was great with plenty of towels provided for it. Having the children's playground behind us made it so easy for the adults to sit on the deck and watch them from a comfortable couch. And the arcade games, air hockey and billiard table were so much fun and made time go too fast. The touch screen game table on the main level was a big hit with the ability to play family Monopoly with 7 of us and then chess and checkers too. There were 100 games digitally available through it. What a great thing to have on vacation... no need to bring any of your own with that many to choose. The kitchen was really good to work in with having a big griddle to make pancakes in the mornings. Having a TV in every room was so nice for the kids who each had their own room and ability to watch the show of their choice. Everything was meticulously clean. And Ryan was so responsive and timely in returning our messages. We will definitely want to stay with Ryan and Johanna again!

Over the Top!
This place is amazing, if you are looking for a fun, extraordinary place, this is it! It has all you could want or need right down to the little details, this place has it all. Arcade games, pool table, video golf game, shuffleboard, air hockey and an amazing board gaming table. Hot tub too. We had a group ages 1-88 and fun was had by all. We didn’t leave the place for 3 days! Ate good food, competitions, football on the deck, and relaxing. We will come back Ryan!
