The location was easy to get to from the airport and communication beforehand ensured that we had no trouble with keys/alarm.
There were only 4 of us, so we had bedrooms to spare, but I think we may have found it a little tight with more people. But the number of bedrooms and table seating could easily accommodate more people. Beds were overly comfortable, but it was only a week, so not the end of the world.
Plenty of towels provided and the kitchen was mostly well-stocked, but we could have used a few more baking sheets/pans for dinners. Dishwasher tabs were provided, but we could have used some regular dish soap for smaller loads and some cleaning products for wiping up after meals. Ended up buying some ourselves. Washer and dryer worked beautifully.
The pool was lovely. Definitely glad we paid for it to be heated. There were some floats and toys for the kids to use as well, which was nice.
We had some fun playing table tennis in the game room. Kids were a bit disappointed that one of the arcade machines didn't work properly, but overall not a big deal since we didn't spend much time there.
We liked the location in proximity to the Disney theme parks - about a 20-minute drive - so that worked well for us. A bit farther from Universal (closer to 40), but we knew that beforehand, so it was fine.
All in all, it was a lovely week away and the space did the job expected :)
