First of all the room key wouldn’t work so I had to keep bothering the gentleman at the desk when I checked in. My shade would not come down in my room. And the bed had an issue with it like where it’s vent or in torn. And the sheets smelled like urine

The rooms were clean. The beds are very comfortable and for the most part if you don’t have a dog next-door to you, it’s pretty quiet. There was a dog next to us and he kept barking every time his owner left or came back, but we got used to it. The worst thing was the breakfast. There was never enough food. The variety was horrible and theywere ill prepared. If they ran out of something, they didn’t bother to have a replacement.We would have loved to use the pool, but the water was not warm. It was cool and the outside air around the pool was very cold. there were people in the pool area watching their children and they had jackets on. I did not feel I wanted my grandchildren in a pool that was that cool and I would have to be cold watching them other than that I do like Hampton Inn and suites. They’ve always been a good place to stay

The address on Expedia led us to the wrong hotel. This hotel is next to the trading post. Almost like the address is wrong. Hotel is new so its clean and fresh.

The hotel is very clean. Check in was fine and the clerk was very personable. They even had a complementary Christmas present wrapping station set up with bows, paper, tape, scissors, and tags!

Beds were hard, felt like I was sleeping on cement block. Breakfast was terrible. Have no idea what the yellowish gray mystery meat was. Walls very thin, could hear the guests next door going to the bathroom.

Stayed here for Black Friday shopping and it was a wonder experience. We could walk to all the outlets right from the hotel. It came with a free continental breakfast. The hotel was new, clean and staff courteous and attentive. My daughter Forgit her toothbrush and they gave her a new one complimentary! That right there put it over the top with those little extras.

Everything was wonderful. Compared to any other Hampton this is by far the best. The tv has something to be desired. That channel line up wasn't updated according to staff. The breakfast was great. So many options! A wrapping station we used to do all our Christmas gifts. Genius! Complimentary 2 waters and a snack was wonderful. Can be refilled on 1st floor with charcoal filtered machine that has hot or cold available. Convienence to all locations. Quiet. We were on 4th floor front side. All around will stay here everytime.

Perfect for a shopping getaway.

Great place right off the highway and Kittery Trading Post. Everything room wise was great. Their free breakfast is a get what you pay for. Not so good.
