· We don't charge any general taxes
· Garbage collection, pool and garden maintenance are included into the rental fee.
· Housekeeping is included into the rental fee.
· Guest airport pick-up - one car only - (but not the airport transfer, when leaving) is included in the rental fee.
· If daily cleaning or any additional cleaning is required, we’ll organise it (payable directly to the service provider)
· Villa Manager is keen to help with organising and additional services like Thai in-house cooking, Baby sitter, Massages (payable directly to the service provider)
· Electricity will be charged extra upon usage, 10 baht kilowatt/hr - This is common praxis for private rental villas in Thailand
· As usual, we are charging a ‘security deposit’ to avoid any damages. The security deposit is 15,000 THB (or 400 USD/EUR) in cash at arrival.
The Villa Manager will meet & greet guests, will handover keys and show how everything works.
Security/damage deposit will be handed back to the guests at check out, after villa inspection.
NO EXCESSIVE NOISE, MUSIC AND PARTYING IN THE VILLA , PLEASE
Whilst we want our guests to enjoy their stay, we are asking to respect the privacy of others and respect our neighbours.
Our area is a family area with children; no loud music after 10pm/before 8 AM please.
NO SMOKING INDOOR, PLEASE ! Smoking is allowed outdoor in the patio areas.
NO SHOES INDOOR, PLEASE !

We recommend to rent a car or moped.
