1) Premium Room at courtyard 105 smell's old house dam and spoiled wood as if the never been used for decades, need to pay attention as the room is on a premium pay scale and represents Taj 5 star property.
2) 210 Suits, during upgrading from 105 premium to 210 Suits, checking in was not appropriate:-
a) the room was missing with fruits player and sweets plater as we the air conditioning was malfunctioning for more then 5 hours during my stay.
3) front office service, breakfast service and the East restaurant service was outstanding. Staff were very friendly and warm welcoming.
a) East Columbus menu was very limited and had a bad experience with Chicken curry was too spicy even after requesting for medium spice level and the Fish Sorsay ilish or bhatki was not up to the mark according to the 5 star Taj standard, overall the property, ambience was the smooth guest service made my made my stay very pleasant and enjoyable.. But will surely go back again to my boost my stay and hope to all this bad remarks may improve. Good luck
