Right on the Beach
Beautiful property as oceanfront as you can get. Property is walking distance to beaches & a short drive to the town of Koala. This is an older complex but Parkers' place is very modern, beautiful and includes boogie boards, chairs, towels and even a wagon to carry everything to the beach, pool is really nice and also ocean front. We ate most of our meals on the Lanai watching the waves crash on the rocks. Parker was very responsive, check in was easy- everything you hope your vacation rental experience will be. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Parker!

Beautiful view and property. Parking lot was a bit challenging though. We really enjoyed the pool. 4 people seems to be the max for this unit. Parker was great! Wish all property managers were like him!

Best possible view!
I wanted to be close to the ocean to enjoy the view and this condo did not disappoint. I would leave the windows open a little to hear the ocean sounds and waves during the night and mornings. The most relaxing condo. We would sit out on the lanai and have our breakfast and watch the waves and turtles. The turtles were swimming next to the shore and rocks very often. We went to the pool one day and hardly went in the pool because we kept watching the turtles swimming close to the rocks near the pool. Didn’t need to spend much time at the beaches where everyone said the turtles were because they were always at the condo. The condo has everything you need. Towels and chairs and every kitchen tool you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant Paradise
Fantastic stay, superb location. We walked to Poipu beach most nights to see the turtles coming in which was just amazing. Brenneckes beach was so close, superb boogie boarding opportunities.The pool area was excellent, great place to watch the turtles feed. The apartment had everything you need, we did have one issue with the oven but the owner was quick to respond. Apartment is on top floor but there is a lift. Car parking available, ok for small car but I wouldn't have liked to try parking a big SUV.. Would stay again, already missing the waves crash against those rocks!

Fantastic !
Great property and condo. Owner communicates everything that is needed for checkin and to make your stay easy The view is absolutely amazing. Unit is stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Easy walk to the beach ( we let the kids walk back and forth by themselves ). We had a jeep and didn’t find the parking an issue at all. Overall a wonderful stay and will book again if/when we make a trip across the pacific again

Very helpful host. Stunning ocean views (crashing ocean waves could get very loud!). House was very well equipped with beach supplies, wagon, games etc. Pool was nice but too cold for us to enjoy swimming (even though advertised as heated).

Great Place and Location
The property is as described and functioned well for our family. Parker was an attentive and helpful host who communicated well and offered great local information before and during the trip. We took many of the recommendations offered and were not disappointed with any of them (do the Blue boat and Blue helicopter tours if you can - both are amazing). Property is in a good central location for day trips to other areas, and we enjoyed being able to walk down the short/easy path to the beaches. We really appreciated the boogie boards and chairs etc. - they just made things easy to enjoy. The in-person views are better than what pictures can capture... and the sound of the surf is the best we have ever experienced. My only regret is that car rental upgraded me to a larger car and it was hard to park in the smaller spots that are commonplace everywhere on Kauai and this location -- not a criticism of the property, just a note for anyone reading this and considering a larger car!

This was a very good location for our stay in Poipu. Nice accomodations with an amazing ocean view. My brother-in-law especially liked watching the sea turtles swimming in the waves near the poolside.

Top notch view and lovely accommodations
We loved our stay here in September 2023. The unit was tastefully laid out, with a kitchen ready for even the most ambitious chef, and in a wonderful location for both the view and proximity to the beach and food/drink/conveniences. The A/C kept every room as cool as we liked and made for a good night's sleep. Parker was a superb host and proactively kept us informed on check-in/check-out processes; we felt very well taken care of. We will absolutely stay here again!

Incredible views on a beautiful island.
The condo was spacious. Bathrooms were a bit small but adequate. Had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. We were thankful for the a/c because we had some hot days. Main bedroom had a great view with a very comfy bed. Pool was great. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw turtles almost everyday!

Can’t beat the view!
You can’t beat the location and view of this property! We walked to the beach and dinner and the location is convenient to everything else! We spent so much time on the balcony watching the waves hit the shoreline. It’s so impressive! My only negative is that the inside could use a deep clean/updating. It definitely could just be a one-off for our time, but the view and sounds of waves crashing made up for it.

Very nice property with beautiful overlook of the ocean!
We had a great stay on Poipu shores! There was plenty of room for our family of 5, the views were incredible & the property was clean! The location was safe & secure as well as exclusive to guests only on the property. We were also provided with host ‘extras’ including local tour, hiking & dining recommendations!

This property was fantastic!!Loved the ocean front location and unobstructed views. Easy walk to the beaches for boogie boarding, snorkeling and turtle gazing. A/C was appreciated after days spent hiking. Parker provided great recommendations and we appreciated him checking in to make sure all was well. Parking was tight but not an issue when you are in paradise. Would love to return in the future.

Waves were our lullaby!
Great oceanfront location in a nice condo complex! The oceanfront sounds and views were priceless. Beach chairs and boogie boards were a great addition and one less thing we had to worry about while we were there! We had a few questions for the property manager, one (where to find linens for the one pull out) answered and addressed very quickly but I’m still awaiting a response to both text and email regarding a bug infested coffee maker that we ended up replacing because we need our coffee when our feet hit the ground in the morning. All in all this is an absolutely beautiful location close to amazing beaches. Closer attention spent on cleanliness (brown stain on shower curtain right next to toilet, hand soap containers filled with water, 2 mini trash bags for an entire week) and the property managers responsiveness would definitely earn this a 5+ star review. It really is little stuff but again would make this place absolutely stellar!
