This is not 5 stars.
The price does not match the quality. The hotel is old. This is not 5 stars. Playroom for children poor, swimming pool cold. The room was cold, the heating was turned off several times. Front desk service is not nice. Only the a la carte restaurant is at a high level. For the money you can find a better hotel.

Baltic beach experience, first time!
The room was comfortable but there was plenty of room for improvement. The balcony only had two small chairs and a table. I would've liked a more comfy chair to sit and read. Its always a good idea to leave extra pillows and extra towels too! The jacuzzi wasn't hot enough. Areas around the hotel coild have sitting areas outdoors to have a drink or just relax. The tv could use a few English channels. Staff were all polite and helpful when asked. The hotel was isolated for tourists like us without a car.

A big disappointment
My wife and I looked forward to a suite stay at the Havet Hotel - but ended up deeply disappointed: (-) The room - although sold as a non-smoking room - smelt of smoke (but we were told there was no other room available). (-) In the morning, the water in the room did not work (and when alerted to it, the hotel staff simply acknowledged that there had been problems before, and that they knew about it). (-) The cleaning staff just walked into our room in the morning, before 9am, without waiting after the first knock. HavetHotel claims to be a five-star hotel - but the above problems wouldn't even be acceptable in a hotel with significantly fewer stars!

Great Place for a Vacation!
This hotel was so nice we didn't want to leave. The room was very clean and very quiet, and the bathroom was spacious and had a wonderful shower. The buffet breakfast was very good - it offered a wide selection of both hot and cold items as well as freshly made to order items. There are many spa amenities and great indoor swimming pools offered as well. It is located directly on the dunes and provides a nice walking area on the dunes as well as on the beach. A car would almost be a necessity in order to stay here. There is a fee for parking. The internet was free.

Wir konnten bereits bei Ankunft 13 Uhr einchecken. Unser Zimmer war fertig. Haben den Aufenthalt hauptsächlich für Wellness und Massagen genutzt. Gut organisiert und sehr empfehlenswert. Alles in allem kommen wir immer wieder gern hier her. Kleine Anmerkung: Warum wird am Bufett noch immer bedient? Uns wäre Selbstbedienung angenehmer.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt
Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel war es enttäuschend, der Standart hat gegenüber 2019 sehr nachgelassen. Schwimmhalle wurde erst am Freitag auf Temperatur gebracht, sodass sie vorher nicht zu nutzen war. Das Bufett war auch enttäuschend, keine Salami, keine Leberwurst, kein Joghurt etc. zum Früstück.

Wir waren schon des Öfteren im Havet, jetzt zum ersten Mal mit Kind. Es ist einfach toll dort. Zum ersten Mal haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen. Das war super. Das Apartment war ein Traum. Riesig und mit großer Terrasse. Die Anlage ist auch super. Ein großes Spielzimmer für Kinder, schöner Pool, ebenfalls ein Kinderpool, toller Spa-Bereich. Der Außenbereich ist auch toll. Strandbar, Spielplatz, Liegen, Hängematten. Super zum Entspannen. Zum Strand sind es auch nur wenige Meter. Das Essen war bisher immer lecker. Für kinderlose Reisenende muss man aber erwähnen, dass es im Speisesaal schon sehr laut werden kann. Aufgrund von Corona konnte man sich leider nicht selbst am Buffet bedienen, es wurde vom Personal auf getan. Das hat uns leider gar nicht gefallen. Und das obwohl wir einen Schnelltest vorort machen mussten und Masken getragen haben und überall Desinfektionsmittel stand. Größtenteils war das Personal super nett, es gibt nur eine Dame an der Bar, die einen etwas von oben herab behandelt, wenn man sein Willkommensgetränk abholen will. Aber wir lieben das Hotel und es ist unser Lieblingshotel an der polnischen Ostsee. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

Klasse Hotel mit direktem Strandzugang
Hatten ein Familienzimmer im 1.OG. Groß geräumig und komfortabel. Frühstück wurde Corona bedingt auf das Zimmer gebracht. komplett in Plastikgeschirr und Bechern. Das fanden wir einem 5* Anspruch nicht angemessen. Aber alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal und einer wunderbaren Massage Abteilung.

Schönes Hotel, es war sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal meist freundlich- englisch sprach fast niemand. Das a‘ la carte Restaurant war ein super Erlebnis- das Essen spitze und der Service super !!!! Schwimmbad sehr groß - für Kinder viele Angebote. Die Saunen relativ klein - dafür aber mehrere verschiedene Arten .. von Damf- über finnische Sauna und einer Salzgrotte ... Die einzige wirkliche Enttäuschung war das Frühstück- es fand in einem großen lauten Saal statt , Kaffee holt man sich an einer Kaffeemaschine selbst - leider funktionierte nur eine Maschine... so das man für einen Kaffee 20-30 min anstehen musste :-((( Herausragend ist der angrenzende Strand ... unbedingt dort einen Spaziergang machen...
