Although I didn’t use any of the hotel’s services during my stay, the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff left a lasting impression. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to Myeongdong, which is so convenient for shopping and exploring. The subway (Line 1) and bus stops are right around the corner, making transportation very easy. On check-out, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. A helpful male staff member, along with two other workers, assisted me in finding my taxi driver and helped load my luggage into the car. This thoughtful gesture really made my departure smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Lotte Hotel Seoul for anyone visiting the city.
