We had a great room with our private pool which was amazing. It was super quiet and the whole area is not super busy at the moment which was nice. The design and staff is amazing. It wasn't cheap but everything seems to be of really high quality.

Among so many incredibly positive words to describe our experience, OUTSTANDING comes to mind. We travel a lot and stay in many 5 star hotels - I would give Theros 10 stars for their superior service, attention to detail, beauty, friendliness- we can’t say enough positive and amazing things about Theros. The multiple pools are enormous and gorgeous. The room was a junior suite poolside (#907 - perfect location) and was outfitted in relaxed luxury linens, an enormous shower. Bed linens so crisp with cozy linen throws. Everything about this beautiful hotel screams “attention to detail” also in its design architecturally and its decor every where your eyes rested is stunning. We spent a week on Kos and most of it inside the resortt. The owners/managers/staff felt like family by the end of our trip. We can’t wait to come back to this absolutely beautiful property. Mehr als einfach nur ein außergewöhnliches Hotel!
Tolles Design, super Frühstück und ein in wirklich allen Bereichen außergewöhnlich zuvorkommendes Team, machen das Theros Hotel zu einem sehr besonderen Ort. Als Gast hat man hier zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl wie ein Freund willkommen zu sein. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist top - man hat seine Ruhe und ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit mitten im Leben von Kos Town, wo man eine große Auswahl an netten Restaurants und Bars findet. Our special thanks goes to Vlad, Fiona, Etsy, the hotel manager and finaly to the owner family Katharina and her daughter - it was a pleasure to meet you, we hope to see you again!

Could be great in a year. Service needs more.
Hotel with huge potential, but lacks decent service and attention. We were annoyed to find that the hotel had not finished building meaning half the facilities pictured were not in use, and noisy works started at 7am into the night directly next to us. There were not enough sunbeds at the main pool. Our AC didn't work so we had to move rooms for a day, and we had to constantly chase them late evening to even get that. They say that the semi-private pools are shared with up to 4 villas, but it's actually 8 - there is a raised area in the middle but you can fully swim past those or just linger there. Rooms other than the villa are small, but you get a decent outdoor space. Shared private pools are not very private, so people walking past can see you very clearly, and the individual rooms (inc. the villa) aren't very private either, and can fully see into neighbouring pools/rooms. Food menu is small but tasty. Great drinks menu. They had 'events' some nights which were a nice touch. Breakfast is the same each day which was a little disappointing. The beach is not super close and you pass other restaurants on the way. It's pebbly and the beds are nice. However, understaffed, and we left after an hour without service, and only saw staff walk up the beach on our way out. Service is poor - they aren't attentive at all. Front desk lady with glasses is very rude and very unhelpful/not bothered. Only Olga was super helpful and pleasant. Gym tiny, facials poor, massage average.

This is probably the best hotel in Kos Everything Superb. If Penny is not married this time next year i will marry her ( just dont tell my wife ) Penny always had a smile greeted you politely and spoke English better than most of the UK population ! Daryl and Sonya.

The staff were incredibly accommodating in our arrival, transporting services and departure. The dining was great. Each staff member took time to ensure we were cared for. The upgrade was amazing. This hotel is luxurious, beautiful and pure serenity. What a lovely place this is!
