The staff didn't acknowledge the customers at all the hole tjme I was there. The room was dirty the hole time, you have to do more than just look at it.

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä sekä joustavaa, check in ja out oli todella sujuvaa. Huoneet olivat erittäin siistit, toki yksinkertaiset. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin ja huoneesta sai vaikka jäisen viileän, jos ulkoilman kuumuus ja kosteus alkoi ahdistaa! Ainoa huono puoli huoneessa oli Aasian maissa yleinen hyvin ohut ovi, käytävältä äänet kuuluivat kuin ovi olisi auki. Kuitenkin yhdellä käytävällä ei ollut montaa huonetta, eikä melua syntynyt. Minibaaria, aamiaista tai muita palveluita ei ole, mutta meille tärkeintä oli hyvä siisti huone, joten olen erittäin tyytyväinen!

Stayed at the butterfly hotels many times and each time it has been a comfortable and pleasant stay. Good amenities provided in room, staff are all super friendly and helpful. Always make me feel very welcome. If I was to pick then only con is that there is lack of storage or surface space in the room to store your stuff which could be difficult for guests with longer stays. No desk in the executive rooms.
