The front desk staff were very efficient and responsive. The room was comfortable with good temperature control. Slight markdown for uneven mattresses. The onsight bar and restaurant was excellent.

One of the best
I had the pleasure of staying at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel on two separate occasions, and I must say, this hotel truly stands out in many ways. First and foremost, the staff here are exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stays, every interaction was marked by genuine care and professionalism. They go above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and valued, making the experience truly memorable. As for the rooms, they are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. During my first stay, I experienced the most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept in—honestly, it was perfection. I still think about how wonderfully I slept that night! On my second stay, the bed was great, but I couldn’t help feeling a little let down because the bar had been set so high the first time. That said, it was still far above average compared to most hotels. Overall, the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, with outstanding staff and great attention to detail. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and will certainly be returning in the future!

Just spent four nights at this hotel and it was lovely. Rooms very comfortable, with a modern bathroom and plenty of storage. Bar area very nice, happy hour is definitely worthwhile. It’s a 15 minute walk to the main square, one straight road. Very conveniently located for the Jewish Quarter too. Didn’t eat in the hotel so unable to comment. There is a supermarket opposite and Kraków Grzegórzki train station at the end of the road, with trains direct to the airport. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Loved staying here. Staff were excellent. Location great and very local to the Jewish quarter, with main town square about 15 mins walk away. Breakfast was fantastic and you can order freshly made omelettes. They also made us a packed lunch when we went on an all day tour. Extra plus was that the train station to and from the airport is only 5 mins walk from the hotel- Grzegórzki. A 20 minute train ride to the airport. Would recommend staying here.

Staff was amazing, always smiling, very polite and always helpful. Hotel was always clean, spacious cosy room, also was greeted with a letter from the manager which was class. Enjoyed our stay, location was excellent once we got our bearings.Very close to train,tram and bus stops good for day trips out of centre although everything is with in walking distance in the city centre.Supermarket literally across from the hotel.Quiet atmosphere.Good rooms with good beds.Would of prefered a walking shower but no major problem.Breakfast had decent choices and tasted nice.Staff efficient and approachable .No hesitation in booking here again.
