We had a nice 10 day stay at this property.
The location is great, and the views are as good as the pictures indicate.
The unit is well appointed, even for a small kitchenette.
Lots of shade on the balcony.
Property managers were available and responsive.
Beds were comfortable and the bedroom AC units worked very well (thank goodness!!!).
Pillows were ok, but we would've liked a few blankets to go over the sheets.
Bathrooms were clean and nice, although counter space is very limited.
You will need to set a water heater timer to get hot water in the showers.
You will also need a car to get to the grocery store and restaurants, but everything needed is available between the unit and the cruise ship traffic.
Free parking was available, but tricky at times being so close to the main road and made more difficult if you have a bigger vehicle like a truck.
I'm taking away one star for several reasons:
1. Bonaire is hot and dry. The loan floor fan overheated on us in the middle of our stay. You will need to leave windows open for any breeze, which lets the dry dust from the road settle everywhere. We had to wash our feet frequently.
2. The unit does NOT have a clothes dryer. There are ample hooks and racks for drying clothes, but wet clothes catch the dry dust.
3. All beds are twin beds pushed together. There is not a true king bed as per the description.
4. Small ants in the kitchen coming from back splash. Traps helped, but we had to keep all food in the very small refrigerator.
