Staff are professional and helpful.
After 3 days of the hotel room checked out, my husband found out that he had left a wedding ring in the room, I rang up and contacted the hotel, the staff called Airi ANDO, replied promptly that the wedding ring was found and still keeping it for us, she also arranged a shipment service for delivering the wedding ring to my home in U.K. It was amazing and thanks for all staffs in this hotel who are such professional and helpful. We will definitely be returning to this hotel again for our next stays in Kumamoto.
