Budget hotel could be clean and with only a little paint could be better! This was terrible with black marks on the wall. Electric contacts did not work, the toilets were dirty with broken sink. And no information that room was without window.
Hotel was very far away, would not recommend if not with a car. Entrance area was clean. Room was a basic room was generally clean, although dirty marks on the wall. There were no windows though and it did feel miserable but was okay considering price.
The horror, however, was the communal bathroom. Broken mirror in the bin was not taken away for the two nights I stayed, no toilet roll ever, incredibly dirty. The shower was caked in dirt - looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I did not want to use the bathroom, it was that bad. Cannot convey my disappointment - this was unacceptable for a hotel.
Facilities not clean shower over toilet, floor had to be squeegee. so that the water would go down the drain. No coffee making facilities had to by one from reception and came in paper cup

Difficult to find on GPS
Good hotel for such a low rate. However it was not on any GPS that I had with me. Friendly staff. Thank you.

Ok place to stay over.
Totaly okey hotel good breakfeast buffet and service.
Hotel is in commercial area well outside the centre of Stockholm. You need a 173 bus to Skarholmen Tunnelbana station - it takes 40 minutes to walk to the station. Then it is 13 stops on the 13 route to T-Centralen station where you connect to other Tunnelbana lines, the main rail station and the main bus station. It takes 30 to 40 minutes to travel this route from hotel to T-Centralen. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the Heron City shopping/entertainment complex (with multiplex cinema and food court). It is also 3 stops on the 173 route from the huge IKEA store. Skarholmen has a huge mall with multiple shopping and eating options a minute's walk from the Tunnelbana entrance.
Given the travel needs, I found the Manen to be a good budget choice - clean, very good buffet breakfast and unusually stylish interior for the price. It used to be an Ericson headquarters. The room was compact, but the bed was comfortable. I economised by going without an ensuite, but the very clean toilets and showers were only two doors away. The TV was very basic, but the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
The receptionist told me that there are major plans for a redevelopment of the neighbourhood by 2015, building a health spa and loads of entertainment and shopping options. So it may be even more appealing by 2016 - or maybe more expensive as well. At present much of the clientele are Swedish business travellers due to the surrounding commercial premises and easy access to major roads.

Good breakfast, fair speed WLan, but rooms are not so bright with lamps. Helpful and friendly crew
We had according to the man who checked us in the best suite in the hotel. Unfortunately there were no curtains on the window so the light came into the room at 3:00 AM. The light in the front part of the suite couldn't be turned off unless you unplugged it and when you did it turned out the bathroom light. The breakfast was good and the maid service was good. The front desk clerks were not usually there so you had to wait for them to come back. Two fire alarms went off during our stay. It wasn't the best experience at all.
When we arrived, no one was at the front desk for check in and the outside of the hotel had trash all over the ground. The hotel was in pretty bad disrepair, which supposedly they were renovating but we saw no evidence of this else than badly repaired rooms and pieces missing from ceilings and other exposed things. Everything in the hotel looked like it had taken a bad beating and we found a flea in our bed.
I was shocked with the service that I have received very unsatisfied I was given a very small attic room with no heating no soap or shampoo no iron or even trousers press I said I am not accepting this room they told me they are fully booked next day they give me a bigger room still no soap no shampoo and all wardrobes drawers were broken when I complained they did not take it seriously I was disappointed I told them how unsatisfied I was there reply was we are not 5* we are only 3* in the end they bought a shampoo that was all, this was not a 3* Hotel but it was a hostel with full of families, value for many I feel it is a rip of the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in the west.
Säkert ett riktigt fint hotell. På 90-talet! Sen har inte mkt hänt. Luktade konstigt på rummet men annars var det lugnt och åtminstone jag sov bra där.
Det var under allt kritik. Ingen service. Fick vänta i receptionen i 20 min innan någon kom. Rummet smutsig hela hotellet luktar illa. Toalett trasig och luktar illa. Dörrarna vägar smutsiga i rummet och på hela hotellet. Hemskt
