Overall, I'm there for the time at the beach, and this house is at a great location for that.
However, I think that if the property manager stayed a couple of days themselves, they could make the stay much more enjoyable for everyone.
For instance: There is no dresser in the primary bedroom. That's kind of a big deal for most people. The handle on the bedside table in the master is broken. The upstairs bedrooms have glass doors. Who puts glass doors on the entrance to a bedroom?!? There were no oven mitts or hot pads in the kitchen. There was one towel and one washcloth for the whole week. When there are 10 people eating/cooking, that's not gonna cut it. We also ran out of TP on the third day. There were no pillowcases on most of the pillows. Finally, I (and everyone else) hit their heads on the chandelier over the dining room table COUNTLESS times when standing up from the table. That is a beautiful light fixture but it is way too big for the space.
These are all pretty minor inconveniences, but they all add up.
