Service and quality is going downhill

Since I am a platinum I always got free drink tokens with my stay. This time, they changed it so I only got them the day I checked in. They night I went down to the "Lumber Javk" bar the bartender was serving all the drinks in plastic cups. Apparently it was too much work for her to wash glasses. She also ignored me when I was trying to give her a tip (should have picked it up and went back to my room) The next night the bartender was great, talked to us, actually served our drinks in glasses. She was great. The jets in the whirlpool were extremely weak and the motor was so loud we had to turn the tv up. They ran out of food when there was hardly anyone there and we had to wait for everything to be filled, including all 4 of the juices. Service here has really gone downhill in the 4 years I have been coming here.

We absolutely loved the hot tub and pool area. Very clean and warm. Hot tub was amazing! Rooms were clean and felt like we were staying in a cabin. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were small and a little too hard. Breakfast was good. Would love to see a variety of fruits instead of just apples. Staff was so helpful and nice!

Very disappointed no one‘s ever at the front desk had to wait 10 minutes this morning for somebody to finally get to the front desk. Went to use my Keurig, and there was old scummy water in it, Kleenex box was taken out of the holder, empty not one put back in, there’s a yellow stain on my comforter cover and the windowsill, not dusted there’s bugs in the windowsill. Highly disappointed this place used to be amazing. Also hate the fact that they have digital TV, which is fine but why does it go right to Fox News? You turn on the TV automatic Fox News don’t like that either. Tub didn’t drain was up to my ankles sink takes forever to drain. The place. Needs a little work.

Stoney Cree hosts a lot of teams for sports like hockey and wrestling. The facility is great; however, I recommend when making reservations to ask about a room on the third floor away from the teams. We loved the facility, but the parents or chaparones had no control over their kids. Running up and down the stairs yelling and screaming Friday night was terrible. The front desk/night auditor was great. She went to find the parents and "coach" that were in the bar on the lower level away from the noise. They made no effort to comply with her ask to contain their team. They continued to drink and never left the bar. Apparently teams from Iowa and Minnesota think they are above the law in Wisconsin and treat great staff and facilities like crap.
