No me gusto. Las sabanas de las camas estaban húmedas. En el baño el lavatorio tenia unas jugas de agua. Tienden la ropa de camas en las afueras del hotel.

excellente vue sur le volcan Arenal depuis l'hôtel

problème de communication entre expédia et nous sur le changement du nom de l'hôtel (vista Arenal) avons cherché pendant + d'1 heure. conseillons aux voyageurs qui utilisent le GPS de taper Fortuna Arenal et non pas la Fortuna Guanacaste cela évite un détour de 4h de route autour de la lagune.

Hotel poco serio con las reservaciones

Reservé en el hotel Fuego Arenal, llamé el dia y me confirmaron que tenian mi habitación, pero al llegar en la noche me indicaron que ya no tenian habitaciones a pesar de tener la reservación.

MALA EXPERIENCIA

Muy mal reservé con varios días de anticipación y con mi numero de confirmación decidí viajar sin embargo al llegar a la zona y comunicarme con el hotel para la ubicación me dicen que mi reservación de 4 habitaciones ( eramos un grupo de amigos ) había sido cancelada por falta de confirmación, El gerente aduce que el envió un correo a las 16:45 , cuando a esa hora nosotros estamos en carretera en camino hacia el hotel, al menos me hubieran llamado para confirmar como hacen otros hoteles . Por la experiencia , decidiré no reservar más por éste medio ya que no fué grato llegar y que todos los hoteles estuvieran llenos , al final me alojé en una casa a la media noche
