Check in process was complicated. This listing is managed by a management company that is only available from 8am-8pm. Any issues after that time, you are on your own.
To check in you need to go to the main office where they give you a key to go to the property.
The property itself is elegant. Looks professionally designed.
However, this place was infested with ants. Every bedroom, every bathroom, all along the walls. Ants got into all our luggage.
There was also NO hot water. We tried to bath our kids after a full day of hiking. The water was hot for 2 min and then it remained cold. It was cold in the morning and the following day. Had to take a cold shower. It was really not pleasant.
The final issue was not as dire. The dryer only drys at 25% of the load volume. If you try to put more than a few items inside, the dryier did not work. We ended up hanging our cloths everywhere outside.
I messaged the management when we arrived to complain about these issues. Somebody arrived the next morning to check it out. Sprayed bug spray in the kitchen, but did not do much to solve the problem. He also noted that the boiler was "on", which is wonderful, but still did not help the situation. As far as they were concerned, the driver was working.
Needless to say, we so happy to leave! This was not a very pleasant experience for us.
