Myself & mom choose this place because of closeness to relatives we were visiting. The home was very clean, queen bed comfy. Mom slept in bunk, which is really meant for kids, but she's short so it worked.
If you plan to cook, there is only 1 fry pan, 1 sauce pan, 1 cookie sheet & 1 spatula. There are no sharp knives, only 2 butter knives & 4-6 spoons & forks. No baking dishes & only 1 hot pad. No toaster & a mini microwave.
The fridge is slightly smaller than what you find in a hotel so you're not going to be able to keep much in it. Freezer space is a about 3" high so not good for much.
Overall it worked for the 2 of us & was convenient to our relatives we were visiting.
It was nice sitting on the back porch & watching the deer & you can walk the path around the property.
It took a little bit to figure out the lights. A couple switches turn them all on or all off (including the living room & bedroom at the same time).
It is close to the main house, but you don't even know they are there.
If you're looking for a quiet place to sleep & not do much for making meals, this is good.
We would stay here again when we visit our relatives, but would not if we were here for a vacation & wanted to make meals.
