Das Haus war früher im Besitz von PGA West Entwickler und wurde komplett in eine wunderschöne toskanische Villa mit insgesamt 6 Schlafzimmern, 7. 5 Bädern, 5 Kaminen und einer Feuerstelle umgebaut. Das Haupthaus verfügt über drei Kingsize-Schlafzimmer, eines mit zwei Königinnen. Alle mit eigenem Bad. Gästehaus verfügt über 2 Betten (ein König, die anderen zwei Einzelbetten), beide mit Bad, Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Großer Raum mit Steinkamin, Wetbar, Küchenzeile und überdachter Terrasse. Dieses exquisite Haus verfügt über eine Pflasterung und einen dramatischen Eingang mit Steinwasserfall. Schwimmende Holzbalken über der nassen Bar - Sitze 5. Der offene Grundriss ermöglicht die Unterhaltung großer Gruppen mit intimen Ecken für Gespräche. Die Gourmet-Küche mit großer Mittelinsel verfügt über zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten, erstklassige Geräte und aufwendig gefertigte Möbel. I have a lot of experience with La Quinta and PGA West having rented houses,staying at the resort and friends who live there but this house was special. Was everything we wanted and needed. Additionally, management was caring and responsive. 5 stars all around

Family Vacation
We had the best time at the property. The space could not have been more ideal. Room for everyone and very clean. Great water pressure in the bathrooms. The pool was a great temp and clean. There are multiple fridges which is great for keeping beverages and water cold. The gate people for the neighborhood are very strict. Make sure that you put every guest on the list. The neighborhood is quiet and the golf course view is stunning. My family and I will be going back to visit this property again!

3 Week Snowbird Vacation
We traveled from wet and cold Seattle to spend 3 weeks in this home in February. Our adult kids flew in one weekend and my in-laws flew in for a weekend visit as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. The things this house did well for us: amazing outdoor pool area with plenty of patio furniture (morning coffee in the hot tub was THE BEST), a cozy family tv space for watching movies, a well stocked kitchen and pantry, plenty of bedrooms each with their own bathroom and smart tv, a lovely walkable neighborhood. When the house was built in it's day it was top-notch but it is a bit dated. The owners have done a good job of keeping it feeling fresh. The property management team was very communicative and responsive although we had no issues.

Gorgeous and spacious Luxury home!
We had a wonderful stay celebrating my grandmas 85th birthday. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom which gave everyone their own space. Only hiccup we encountered was the code for the door was incorrect however the management company resolved the challenge within 10 minutes. The property itself is beautiful, the community is safe and so well manicured and we would love to stay here again in the future!

Celebrating the New Yr. With family
Our 5 yr. old grandchild summarized it best, “ This place is better than Disneyland, Carmel or Hawaii” . Our family of 8 adults and 5 children had a blast. The children spent many hours in the pool and walks in the neighborhood. The house is spacious which allows the children to have their own space. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Rental agent was responsive to our needs. All in all, this house is a good find with enough bedrooms (6) to accommodate our extended family.

Great place for a family
Outdoors, pool, hot tub, grill area, fire pit was all A+. The pool people were there cleaning everyday and we even had two Raccoons visit us our last night at the fire pit. Cleaning inside the house could be improved. Light bulbs out, blind in bedroom is broken. Big garage door needs to be looked at, works but needs service. Service from Karen and her people was A+ and a cake on my birthday was great. We will be back. Thanks for a great vacation

Spacious but needs updating.
The house itself was spacious but very old. We would find crickets (many dead) throughout the stay as well as roaches. I don’t think the cost is worth it. It was hard to enjoy the trip due to constant texts and calls from the managers.

Beautiful property - great family stay
The pictures don’t do this property justice. It is amazing and huge! We had 11 people and felt like we were in a resort! Nice areas for game night and dining together. Pool is great, on call managers were delightful, friendly and accommodating. 7 minutes to groceries, dining and other necessities. Don’t let summer keep you away from Palm Springs. Great stay!

Wonderful stay
Our family had a wonderful stay at the Fantasy Villa. The property is set up perfectly for a large family. In the main house all 4 bedrooms have private baths and are far enough away from the main living space that noise was not an issue at all. The casita has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths which our teenagers loved. The house manager during our stay, Robert, was amazing. He was very responsive to all our calls and questions. The house was fully stocked with all the basics (soap, trash bags, laundry soap, toilet paper, coffee supplies, cooking oils and spices, etc...), plenty of dishes & wine glasses for everyone, pool towels, etc. We stay in VRBOs a lot & often have to run to the local store to pick these items up. It was nice that everything was provided. Our stay was during a particularly HOT week so the 'warm' pool was not as refreshing as we hoped, but that is mother natures fault. We did use the outside grill, which worked perfectly as the gas is connected to the gas line and you aren't dependent on propane tanks. The kitchen fridge and ice machine worked wonderfully AND there was an additional fridge in the garage that we could store all our extra drinks in. Overall our stay was fantastic. This is by far the largest property we have ever stayed in, if we travel again with a group this large, we would definitely stay again.

Easter Vacation
We had 8 adults and 4 children under 12. The property and yard, including the pool are well designed for a large group. The property is well equipped; but is showing wear and tear from being rented. Outside of the wear and tear the only other issue was that their was a lot of deferred maintenance and items that needed to be fixed; light bulbs that needed to be replaced; door locks that didn’t work; blinds that were jammed; ie little things that you would expect to be maintained. Despite these issues we would rent this property again.

A Perfect Holiday during COVID-19
It was an absolute pleasure staying at this property. Our host [Karen] was and is exceptional. Her communication, compassion, responsiveness, warmth and attention to detail are characteristics that she possesses that are second to none. Despite that stay-at-home order in CA in December 2020, this was a perfect vacation for our East Coast based family. The house is comfortable yet elegant. Spacious, yet intimate. And a perfect location relative to supermarkets, coffee shops, tourist attractions and more. Karen, thank you for an incredible time. With infinite memories. Wonderful property!
Great property!! A few things in the house did not work - dishwasher, the heater for one of the outdoor spas, part of the outdoor grill, the Sonos didn’t work inside the house. But the hose was spotless and the beds were so comfortable!! Great experience all around!

My husband and I do a desert family vacation with our three children and their spouses and our four grandchildren. The house was clean and is as described. There was enough room at the dining table for us to have dinner every night my grandchildren love the pool and There was plenty of room for all 12 of us. We will definitely plan on going back

Great escape from the smoke
Two families with working moms, five kids doing virtual learning and two au pairs spent a week enjoying this very large, beautiful home with a fun pool. My favorite parts were sitting on a very comfortable couch looking at the soaring ceilings with wood beams while doing Zooms. Everyone commented on the gorgeous interior. I also liked the very well stocked kitchen and all the waterfalls in the pool. And all the beds had glorious high thread count white sheets, down comforters and real down pillows. I would say it’s the nicest vrbo we have stayed in. Helpful comments for people considering renting this: the master bedroom is probably 15 degrees warmer than the small bedroom near the front door. I ended up switching with a friend because I like extreme cold and the other mom likes normal. The toilet in this little bedroom has a permanent glitch where you have to pull out the tank lid and put your hand in the tank and pull the chain the flush. That, and how very cold the bedroom is makes it unsuitable for some people although I loved snuggling under the comforter and just used the half bath toilet opposite the front door which was fine. The wifi in the main house was strong enough to have nine people using it at the same time. There currently is no usable wifi by the pool or in the two-bedroom attached casita. This meant I could not do Zooms from the quieter casita living room or from outside. I spoke to the GM and he’s going to fix it with additional routers and boosters. The BBQ is old and only one knob works and you have to use a lighter since the automatic one is broken. I’m sure the awesome management team will buy a new bbq. We had trouble figuring out how to run the pool cleaner for the immaculate and lovely pool and that could be added to the instruction guide. Lastly right now there are no desks in the house. The sweet management team had a brand new desk and task chair delivered just for me. Karen, Edison and the whole crew were super nice and responsive. Because of the extreme heat wave we did not explore the town at all nor golf but did enjoy looking at the glorious mountains and we want to come back.
