There was a fee for pets not listed on Expedia, however management was not helpful, interested or polite while we were trying to resolve the issue. There was also hair on the sheets and an area that was not clean. In the morning, the housekeeping was asking us if we were leaving while we transferring baggage, which was pushy. Overall, not a great experience.

The breakfast provided was typical "hotel breakfast" with hot options on the weekend, but the coffee is very good. They did have fresh fruit some days, which we appreciated, and water available in the lobby. The towels were fluffy, and the room fine for our needs (weekend trip to the college). Staff was pleasant. Exercise room equipment all newer and functional (treadmill, bike and weights).

Constant harassment in the form of phone calls, emails and voicemails from the hotel staff to fill out a credit card authorization form…despite all charges being applied to and successfully billed to the credit card I used to book this stay on the Expedia App It’s almost as if they want to double charge me. Very confusing behavior Would sincerely appreciate someone from the Expedia staff reaching out to the hotel staff to let them know this has been paid! Thanks

The staff were all very courteous. The beds were comfy. The location is nice if you’d like to grab a quick bite at IHOP or Olive Garden, and it’s only 18 minutes from Purdue. However, it makes sense that this is typically a very low budget hotel. We experienced EXTREME price gouging for Purdue Family Weekend and a Taylor Swift concert that were occurring during our stay, paying over $1,000 for 2 nights for 1 room. Half the things in our “suite” were broken and non-functional including the heat on one side and the shower the other side. The working shower had a “vent” that opened straight to the freezing cold outdoor air, which poured in, and the shower curtains were torn. The elevator was half-broken and there were large holes in the floor in the lobby that were covered with a rug and a caution sign. I feel bad for the nice people working there who were just trying to do their best. We will never go back for another official family weekend at Purdue after this experience and certainly never stay at this hotel again. The hotel needs to reinvest their profits into fixing the unacceptably broken items.

Don’t make the same mistake
Because of family weekend at Purdue, the price was ridiculously overpriced. The room smelled of urine, pets and smoke. Hotel is outdated and in need of a facelift. Even though we paid for two nights, we left early due to the poor quality of the hotel. Multiple people were complaining about their stay at checkout.

Our sink was cracked in numerous places, there were broken tiles in the main hall that were just covered with a large be careful sign. Paid a lot of money to stay because it was football weekend at Purdue. Looked at the pricing on a normal day and it was 3 times the price. Would not choose again unless repairs throughout the building were made.

We had wet water stains dripping in the ceiling above one bed and the bathroom . The carpet was loose around the base board posing a hazard for walking . The general condition of room was poor with stained carpets and moldy smell .
