Beautiful three bed ground floor apartment Ideal for family holidays

The apartment has three bedrooms and can sleep six. The apartment has a fully equipped separate kitchen and separate lounge. There are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom and a sofa bed. The front terrace is south facing with plenty of sunshine, there is also a large private terrace at the rear of the apartment offering some shade in the heat of the day.

LOUNGE DINING AREA
Spacious open plan lounge/dinning room, with two sofas and matching armchair, there is also a double sofa bed, and coffee table. For your entertainment there is flat screen TV with Portuguese and English channels available, the apartment is also connected to WiFi.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is a traditionally Portuguese style, has everything you need with electric cooker and hob together with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully stocked with Saucepans, crockery and glassware, plenty for six or more people.

BEDROOM 1
Bedroom with double bed opening on to the rear terrace. Solid wood furniture includes two bedside units,fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, writing desk.

The apartment is in a tranquil area with all amenities including restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. There are several beautiful coves and the fantastic four mile beach in Armação de Pera are all within a short walk from the apartment. The two water parks and the zoo marina are only a short distance from the apartment. It is only a short walk down to the town of Armacao de Pera, where you will find more bars, restaurants and shops and a beautiful beach.
The Algarve shopping mall with a variety of different shops is a short bus ride away. There are other lovely places to visit along the Algarve, Silves, Largos and Albufrera. There is a market almost every day in one of the towns.
Private airport transfers can be arranged on request. We will arrange the transfer and you pay the driver direct.
The Algarve is a perfect destination for escaping the cold winters, with temperatures regularly up in the twenties through November to January, a truly all year round holiday destination.

Nice comfortable spacious apartment , great location.

We had a great time. The nearby beaches at walking distance are beautiful. The apt is very nice. In the whole apt there are 3 air cons, but even in the hot summer you don't need them. Temperatures drop in the evening and with the doors open and the blinds shut, we slept like babies. Highly recommandable.

Had a fantastic stay. The apartment was fully equipped a true home from home. Clean and comfortable, great beds. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Location was really good. A nice restaurant was a few minutes walk away. The busy town centre was a 10 min walk away with lovely beaches and nice bars and restaurants right on the beach.

Lovely apartment in beautiful area

We really enjoyed our stay and plan to rent this apartment again next year. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with places to relax inside and out. We loved the location and the children had a great time exploring the beach coves which were walking distance from the apartment.

Although it was advertised as 3 bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom was not accessible, and there was not even a pull out couch in the living room. It was a very uncomfortable stay for us. The owners were remodeling and changing out the furniture, but never let us know that the 3rd bedroom would not be usable. We would have changed our booking as we needed 3 bedrooms. I asked for a discount for the lack of the 3rd bedroom and I received no response from the owners. I am very disappointed with this VRBO experience!

Schöne Ferienwohnung- toller Urlaub

Dieses Appartement ist zu empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht inklusive Klimaanlage. Da wir nur zu dritt waren, hatten wir viel Platz. Ein Supermarkt und Restaurants sind gleich in der Nähe. Der Strand ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto sind alle Highlights der Algarve zu erreichen. Als Tipp zur Ergänzung: eine neuere Kaffeemaschine wäre schön, TV-Gerät kein Signal. Da unser Abflug erst am späten Nachmittag war, durften wir später auschecken. Der Vermieter/Ansprechpartnerin waren immer bei Fragen sofort erreichbar. Die Wohngegend ist überwiegend sehr ruhig. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Schöne Wohnung in Fußnähe zu schönen Strandbuchten

Gut ausgestattete, schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend mit freundlicher Nachbarschaft. Supermarkt mit frischen Backwaren, gute Restaurants und sehr schöne z.T. nicht zu stark frequentierte Badebuchten im Umreis von 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Recycle- und Restmülltonnen sowie genügend Parkplätze in wenigen Metern Entfernung vorhanden.

Lovely house and relaxing holiday

The house is really lovely. We were a group of 7 (4 adults, 1 teenager and two 10 year old) and the space was enough for us all. It's a short, but very pleasant, walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes. There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk and shopping can be delivered. Rachel, who manages the house, is always available and very helpful. A lovely holiday ! Thank you !

Très bon sejour bon emplacement et logement correct.

Nous avons passe une bonne semaine dans ce logement. Propre à l'arrivée très bon emplacement a proximité de tous les services et calme. On peut aller à la plage à pied et il y en a aussi a proximité en voiture. En cas de besoin le propriétaire répond très vite. Je vous recommande ce logement.

Appartement très bien situé, à 15 a pied min d’une très jolie plage. Les terrasses sont un véritable atout. La petite chambre ne dispose pas de fenêtres ce qui peut gêner certaines personnes. Certains équipements méritent d’être changé ( parasol, transats…) Nous avons passé une très agréable séjour et n’hésiterions pas à réserver si nous devions revenir à Porches !

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, dans une résidence calme. A proximité d’une crique (10min a pied). Nous étions à proximité des grandes villes aux alentours (Lagos, Portimão Albufeira) a 30-40min en voiture. L’appartement dispose de plusieurs clim, très agréable quand il fait chaud. Deux terrasses où nous pouvons profiter du soleil et des repas en extérieur. Deux salles de bain, deux chambres pour un couple + une petite chambre et un canapé lit dans le séjour. Le propriétaire répond très vite et est à l’écoute. Merci 😊

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Dieses Appartement ist ausschließlich zu empfehlen. Vor allem vor dem Hintergrund von Mietpreis und was ich geboten bekomme. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Austattung mit Kühl./Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle war sehr gut. Die Lage ist relativ zentral. In Portugal ist ein Auto eh empfehlenswert, um auch etwas von der wunderschönen Umgebung diese Landes zu sehen. Es gab auch ein paar kleine Beanstandungen, die sich aber schnell beheben lassen. Die Kaffeemaschine sollte erneuert werden (Kapselmaschine mit sehr spärlichem Wasserdurchfluss), Besteck zu wenig und teilweise defekt, Handtücher/Geschirrtuch etwas wenige, Betten (ab 185cm Körpergröße -ungünstig)

Très bonne expérience

Appartement situé dans un quartier joli,calme et loin de l’usine touristique des immeubles présents tout le long de la côte. Conforme à la description avec la clim dans la cuisine et dans les 2 chambres principales ( une était HS mais même en plein mois d’août l’appartement bien conçu donc pas de chaleur accablante) très bien équipé ( huile, sel, thé, café, produits de nettoyage...) et une bonne surprise à notre arrivée avec du lait et des biscuits offert. Seul hic le fait que la piscine n’est que pour les propriétaires ( vote à priori de la copropriété au dire d’une habitante) donc pas de piscine mais pas de regret d’avoir passé une semaine dans ce lieu.

El apartamento es tal cual se muestra, cómodo y agradable. Una zona muy tranquila para descansar y cerca de playas preciosas. El propietario ha dado respuestas a nuestras consultas con mucha brevedad. Muy agradecidos. Solo aclarar, que en el anuncio pone piscina comunitaria y es solo de uso para los propietarios.

Appartement agréable bien situé geographiquement

Appartement dans quartier résidentiel, fonctionnel et agréable avec ses 2 terrasses, beaux volumes, bien situé géographiquement à Algarve. Magnifique plage à 10 minutes à pieds. Malgré un dédommagement financier, les enfants étaient contrariés de ne pas avoir pu bénéficier de la piscine car elle est réservée aux propriétaires et malheureusement les locataires ne peuvent y accéder.
