Renovated townhouse with airco and heatable pool near town centre and beach

Casa Nela is a newly renovated and completely refurbished townhouse set in a quiet cul de sac located at 10mn walk from Carvoeiro centre, the beach and restaurants.

The townhouse comprises a spacious lounge with dining area, woodburning stove, airconditioning and a modern open space and fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen sliding doors lead you into a glass enclosed balcony with dining area overlooking the pool terrace. This balcony also gives access to the pool terrace which is equipped with sunloungers & barbecue area.

The ground floor has also a guest cloakroom and a double bedroom with an open space walking shower area.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one of them with a small terrace and stairs leading to the roof terrace, as well as a twin bedroom and a full bathroom.

The equipment includes cable TV, free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in the lounge & all four bedrooms.

The twin bedroom is better suited for children rather than adults due to room and bed size.

During the winter season (November till March), the energy costs will be charged in resort according to consumption.

Fantastic holiday
We loved our 2 week stay, it was a great location about 10 mins walk to the centre and beach. The Villa was great with a good sized kitchen and bedrooms, enough space for 8 of us. The Villa could just do with a bigger couch as only seats two and a smart TV. But overall fantastic holiday.

Wonderful home!
We had an amazing vacation to Carvoeiro. The house was wonderful and had enough space for our family of five. We loved having the pool, the sunroom for breakfast, a full kitchen with everything we needed, and we didn't mind the hill walking back from a trip into town. We would come back in a heartbeat!

What a wonderful week
Just back from the best week at this gorgeous townhouse in Carvoeiro. It was super modern, so spacey, lots of light, cool, the BBQ was awesome and the outdoor space and pool was the best! My boys hardly got out of the pool all week! It was just perfect and we will definitely return. The townhouse is about a 10 min walk into the town, the hill down to town is really steep so some nights we got a little taxi or tuk tuk back (between 5-10 euros) and saved our legs! Some lovely places to eat in the town. Our faves were 'The Wolf, Chef Kitchen and the outdoor terrace at Pani indian' The perfect week away in the perfect townhouse, thank you!

The place was very well kept and clean. nice pool and on a dead end street so quiet area. only one kilometer from the beach and town of Carvoeiro. Also there are a few grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. Basically everything you need.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage
Wir, 6 Erwachsene aus drei Generationen, haben 10 wunderschöne Urlaubstage dort verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse und entspricht vollumfänglich den schönen Bildern in der Beschreibung und es könnten leicht noch weitere hinzugefügt werden. Das Haus wurde vor Corona liebevoll renoviert und verfügt über eine sehr hochwertige Ausstattung - die Küche ist ein Traum. Eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind war recht klein, aber doch ausreichend. Es gibt diverse gemütliche Sitzbereiche für jede Tageszeit, insbesondere den Balkon mit Blick zum Pool und die Dachterasse bei Sonnenauf- und Untergang haben wir sehr genossen. Der kontaktlose Check-in/Check-out sowie die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung waren völlig problemlos. Der Flasche Rotling zur Begrüßung war eine nette Geste und der Wein hat uns sehr gut gemundet. Auf Nachfrage war es auch kein Problem, eine Stunde später auszuchecken. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gewartet, ist entsprechend gepflegt und von ausreichender Größe. Den großen grauen Sonnenschirm haben wir zwar nicht vorgefunden, die beiden kleineren haben aber ihren Zweck erfüllt, zumal der Poolbereich ab Mittag vom Haus teilweise beschattet wird. Einziges kleines Manko: Die Türe im WC im Erdgeschoss lässt sich nach Verschließen von innen sehr schwer öffen und müsste mal nachjustiert werden. Ein schöner Urlaub - wir haben uns in der Vila Nela rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Maison fonctionnelle propre et très bien équipée
Nous avons séjourné à 2 famille dans cette très agréable maison. Piscine idéale pour les enfants ne sachant pas nager. Terrasse permettant de manger en étant abrité de la chaleur!
