The home is clean, in a nice neighborhood and quick access to getting on and off freeway and close to stores, etc.The cookware is very limited so if you plan on cooking take your pots, pans, crockpot, and/or instapot.

Clean yes. There was a bad smell upon arrival house was 80 degrees took along time to get it cooled down. Broken kitchen cabinet. No cover on the gazebo could not enjoy the back patio. . Rust in main restroom on the tub. Weird stagnet smell in master suite sink when i ran the water. There was no extra garbage bags. Washer dryer was not hooked up. We feel we left the house in great shape we stripped the beds cleaned up everything before we checked out.

Laguna Hills Wedding Trip

The property was easy to find and was clean when we arrived. It was easy to access and there was plenty of room for everyone in our party. The home was furnished with everything we needed for our stay and after a trip to the grocery store, we were good to go. The instructions for the stay held all the information we needed in regards to garbage pickup and checkout and overall we had a great trip and always felt happy and comfortable when we got home in the evenings. Would recommend and would stay again.

Good for families but not the cleanest

Really appreciated the quiet and safe neighborhood. We initially had some problems with the door lock but the owners were very responsive. Great washer/dryer. The house is good for families with the garage/game room. However many kitchen plates and pans had some dried food remnants and I had to wash everything before use. I do have high standards of cleanliness and washing everything wasn’t a big deal. Would recommend changing scratched teflon pans for health reasons and cleaning under side tables and sofas because there was some things left by previous guest. I bought a tea kettle at the Savers store nearby and left it at the house because the one there was burnt through the metal. Bed quality is not the most comfortable but the bedding was clean. Some window screens were missing or broken.

Nice place

The house is in a nice neighborhood. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. Fit our needs. Could use some new pans in the kitchen. Walls are a little thin. Every time someone moved in the adjacent rooms the walls vibrated a little. My only complaint about the communication was that I had reached out a few weeks prior to our arrival and did not hear back until the day before we were to arrive. Wasn't detrimental but would have been nice to get the info for planning purposes. Other than that all was good. We were happy overall.

Great location - great owner

The property was a great location for our needs - very close to the airport and a short drive to the beach. The house wasn't huge, but had enough room for our family. Really could use new pillows and towels - I would stay here again if in the area! Also, the owner was very responsive to questions and needs prior to our arrival.

Weekend Trip Near Laguna Beach

Property location was good for us as we wanted to enjoy the Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach. Centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and Laguna Beach. Plenty of rooms in the home, air conditioning works great and communication with the owner was responsive and professional.

Peaceful home to stay in.

Needs deep cleaning. Needs New kitchen pots had no dish towels or dish rags not enough silverware. Very nice neighborhood. Would stay again if they cleaned kitchen better.

I was hopeful when the owner was immediately responsive to our inquiry and desire to book. However once we checked in we found that there was no ping pong table, and the air hockey table was broken, so I contacted the owner. I received a delayed, puzzling response 2 days later that indicated he hasn’t been present at the property, at least recently, and unfortunately the situation was never resolved. We also discovered upon arrival that the outdoor garbage cans were completely full. The house is in mediocre shape, with one of the kitchen cabinets being held together by string, and painters tape on the floor by the main bedroom. On the plus side, the a/c worked well, and the sheets were clean and comfortable. For the cost to rent this property I would expect more.

Loved the closeness to my family in Laguna Hills. House was just as advertised, very clean and a great neighborhood. Everything was clean and nice. Didn't find dish towels, only small ones but managed. Thanks for a great experience.

The house was exactly as advertised, really clean and the owner was easy to communicate with. We had few hiccups with music but that was our fault. Definitely recommend this place if you are just trying to have few friends over or a nice getaway with your family
