We had a clean bed to sleep in and a fridge to put our drinks and A/c. The rest was very poor. Most of the time our door locks with the card didnt work, sometimes took 10 swipes, sometimes 200. So frustrating. They need cleaned or replaced. Everything is old. Inconsistent hot water in shower, carpets were torn and needed shampooed really bad. Mold and dirty caulk, fans were rusty and very dirty. I wouldnt recommend this place or stay here again.

The room in the whole facility was run down in need of repair painting updating window. Blinds were broken. There’s a hole in the tub. It was just a dated and rundown property.

So so

We loved the location, close to London Bridge and restaurants. However, lady at the front desk during mornings was extremely rude, not just to us but to another guest too. Room was okay, sheets and bedspread looked as if the bed hadn't been made, just pulled up over

The first room I got the pee we didn’t work. The phone didn’t work no iron board no iron. The light didn’t work. They put me in another room. The bathtub was dirty and the paint was falling apart in the bathroom hole in the wall I would never go back to this place again or the money they charge.

Got up Saturday morning ready for my shower for work. NO HOT WATER! Found out that there was a water leak on floor 2. Ok I can deal. Went to work. Got back around 6 still no hot water. Ok I’ll shower on Sunday.NO HOT WATER! Went to work. Got up on Monday I need a shower! NO HOT WATER! I tried to call the front desk. Phone is not plugged in. Found the plug & tried to call the front desk. I could hear her she couldn’t hear me. Uggggg. Found out at check out that the maintenance guy didn’t know how to turn on the water heater. Why wasn’t someone called on Sunday. This was pretty unacceptable.

The pillows were the smallest, cheapest you could buy. Went to take a shower the morning of check out, zero hot water. When I told the lady at the front desk, all I got was "sorry, we had a plumbing issue"

Wonderful location over looking the Colorado River

Check in went smoothly even though there was a big event in town. Everyone was sweet and helpful. The room on the other hand was another story. There was no garbage can, no coffee maker and no curtain on the window! Luckily we were on the 4th floor with no building across from us. By the afternoon of the next day we had everything replaced. We had a handicap room and the toilet was nice and tall and the bars were helpful. The sink was too high and the first time I used it, it must of had air in the lines because it blew water all over myself and the entire bathroom! The hour water handle has a sweet spot to get it to shut off. You just need to be careful.

I ordered a king room. The desk attendant told me they didn't have king room put me in a queen i was told had a balcony. Thought that would be fine. No balcony either. I know they have updated rooms as i stay at this hotel often but got one of the old rooms looked nothing like the pictures of the room I requested and thought I was getting. Would of been fine for me but it was my wife and I she was less than thrilled.
