Anniversary Getaway

The property was nice. Beds were good, plenty of towels and kitchen items. However, the toilet bowls were dirty along with the kitchen sink, outdoor garbage cans were nearly overflowing. We did enjoy the game room in the garage, but the ping pong paddles and the air hockey paddles need to be replaced. Also, the air hockey surface has not been cared for. Finally, the metal toaster gets very hot. Someone could get burned touching it.

Not trailer friendly

Nice house, clean. Games in garage were very nice. But the AC was set between 76 and 79 so it was not refreshing to be in at night trying to sleep and during the day was not nice either. The cul de sac that it is in is not trailer friendly we unfortunately had to make a 60 point turn going into the neighbors drive way to try and back it up into the very angled drive way. Not very fun. I think during the winter months with no toys would be nice to stay in but if you have a boat it’s very frustrating

My husband, brother and I stayed a few days to visit family. The location was perfect and the property immaculate. We enjoyed the game room when coming back to relax in between visits. Highly recommend and will stay again on our next visit.

Loved it!

We (4 adults) really enjoyed this property. We loved the game room which we enjoyed in the evenings after sightseeing. We did have an issue with the shower in the hallway bath (and one burner on the stove), but the owner was very responsive and got the issues resolved quickly. We loved the screen porch and the yard. It was very nice to have an entire home. Highly recommend - you will love it too!

Wonderful House with a Game Garage

We stayed for four days at this house, and it was amazing. Centrally located in Lake Havasu, we were close to shops, food and, of course, the lake. The house itself was clean and had lots of games for the toddlers to play with in the garage. The first night, we had issues with the internet, but I think there was just an outage in the area.

Perfect Place

-well stocked with kitchenware, bathroom items, towels, blankets -clean, inviting, terrific atmosphere -convenient location, quiet neighborhood -lovely back porch and firepit area -cool game room In particular, I was glad to see plenty of shampoo/Conditioner, great blender in the kitchen, big water bottle I could use, many options on the tvs, a beach type blanket we used to keep warm on the boat, comfortable beds, & bbq grill. I like the bench seat available in the master shower too! WILL STAY HERE AGAIN if we are back in town. 5 stars!!!
