Comfort and value!

The room was clean, comfortable, attractive and peaceful. The setting was beautiful! We also had our dog with us, and she appreciated the room and the grounds! Would have given an excellent, but the negative was the door knob, which was nearly impossible to open

This motel was a big disappointment. No coffee maker in room No hangars No iron or ironing board. (Had to ask the front desk for both items) No clock Room smelled musty Walls were paper thin. Kept hearing people in other rooms and hallways. Very annoying.

The room was not cleaned well spots in the shower with hair on the curtain. Food left in the refrigerator. People who were above me were loud stomping on the floor even after telling the front desk nothing changed

Sketchy people all over the hotel. Not safe for kids. Pee on there mattress, lights did not work, food on the sheets. We checked in. Went to visit family, came back, our kids were scared of the people loitering all over the motel. As soon as we walked on the room, we turned around and walked right back out. She would not give us a refund for the first night. I have called and asked for refund. We drive Around around got hours trying to find a place. Expedia says they have a pool, and there's isn't running.i would really like a refund for the first night please??
