From the moment I arrived I was greeted in valet and helped with all my luggage. The service was excellent, the room was cleaned to perfect, and the cleaning staff was friendly. I loved my stay.

Got there at 930 PM and everything was closed. The food court was closed the cafe was closed and all the restaurants besides one high priced cantina was closed. Received no room upgrade and received no amenities.

First off notice that the coffee maker and coffee was removed from the room. Second need a step ladder to get into the tub. Third $3.00 for water are you crazy it should be comp due to cost of the room.

Was told there was no VIP benefits. Paid extra for early check in but when we got to the hotel was told they didn’t have any but would text me when available. Hour later got email saying it was ready. Went back only to be told it’s not. Sent away. 10:45 told it was ready. She said there was no VIP SERVICES and seemed mad that I asked about the early check out. Cost me $28.25
