Stayed in the Julius tower. Room had obvious wear and tear - bedding with holes, torn carpeting. Ordered room service that never came. Given a key to someone else’s room. Most of the staff very friendly.

We have always enjoyed staying here. We wished there was more benches way out front and down the strip, I usually need to take a little brake from walking. The internet is lousy inside Caesars Palace. I wished we could have covered more but when you get older you slow down.

I had the opportunity to interact with almost 10 staff members during my stay at Caesars palace, but unfortunately, I was left underwhelmed by the experience. Out of all the people I encountered, there was only one individual who stood out for their exceptional service - the person who helped transport our baggage to our room. This staff member demonstrated a high level of responsibility, efficiency, and courtesy, making a positive impact on our stay. However, sadly, this was the only notable instance of good service during our entire visit. The rest of our interactions with the staff were disappointing, leaving us feeling unhappy and unimpressed with the overall service. Too much Expensive and Unnecessary Charges I give 0 rating for this place.
