I liked the property, however the line at the front desk for check-in was super-long & it took me 45 mins just to get checked in. No one was available to ask simple amenities related questions.

Everything in one place! We brought our son for his 21st birthday. Went to craps table to teach him to play and Loren and the graveyard team were SO KIND AND HELPFUL! They were giving him tips on how to play the game, it meant a lot to us how wonderful they treated him. Restaurants are amazing and the food is fantastic!!

when we got to the hotel, the king room we had booked was provided to others and we were put in a double queen room. They offered us some credits. at the time of checkout folio summary provided and we were told we would receive a credit, once back from the trip we were actually charged and not credited.
