The upgrade was a very pleasant surprise. The room was huge and beautiful. Great views and smelled awesome. The only oddity was the lounge access. Having to go all the way down and then get on another elevator to go all the way back up was odd. The lack of signage in the elevator explaining this was also confusing. Other than that, great stay

Being at south end of strip is quieter, cleaner and less busy than further north on strip. Got very busy in evenings when a big conference on, but felt quieter other than that. Facilities, places to eat and drink etc are good, but grounds at front of property need some attention at present. Staff generally very helpful and hotel was really clean.
