The property was shabby and not at all worth staying in. The bathroom faucet was leaking, interior was not pleasant looking and most importantly, they only served coffee, muffin and donut in the breakfast, and that too has to be take away. I booked because of Radisson's name. Such a nasty experience.

No hot water was in the shower room, people were begging around, and the door wouldn't open properly. We woke up feeling uncomfortable and scared, so we left without even having breakfast.

For a Radisson brand it does not mean even the lowest standard... In bad need of a complete renovation... There were people in the parking lot most of the night that did not look like they were even guests at the hotel...

Not worth any price.

They had you sign & initial this form of everything you would not do and that is not allowed. However they had that same activity going on as i was signing. Our room was nothing like pictures. Our bed was full not queen & girl said well that's the size of them all. There was so much space on front door that where was a pile of dirt when we came in. All furniture was in bad condition. It was stained, chipped, broken. The sockets by desk did not work so no lamp, no place to plug charger for phone. Only 1 small trash can for you to use. On 2nd day our key card was not working & they had to let us in laundry room to get ice for our cups we brought. They did not give you ice bucket or cups. They advertised breakfast which we never went to however on check-out day we went to grab coffee & it was just about empty. We told lady she said yeah well coffee time is over anyways. The workers acted as if everything was not a big deal & as if we were bothering. This place was not a good place at all. Now i see why they had great prices on a valentine weekend.

I understand that the facility is being renovated... so some of the things that need repaired should be fixed. Like no drain stops in the sink and tub. Hopefully these and other little things will be fixed and spruced up...

I looked at two of the rooms and they were filthy. The rooks are run down and they dont look anything like the online pictures. I requested a refund.

Don't believe what Hotel.com booking say. They lie

It was so bad I checked out with in 7 hrs. Did not feel safe, cops were everywhere, broken furniture and the bed was also broken. Never will I use hotel.com again Twice you set me up in a very bad room. There will not be a third time.
