Palms Place is a nice, less expensive option at the end of the strip. There’s a mix of owned condos and rooms for guests. I stayed there in 2012 when it was fairly new and it was impressive at that time. Now, it just needs to be updated. It’s pretty clean. The kitchen in the room is a nice amenity. The room with the strip view was nice enough. I didn’t feel unsafe. It’s also nice to be able to walk straight to the Palms Casino as well. There are many luxurious cars parked by the valet daily.

check in experience is not pleasant, according to rules, guests can check in after 3pm, we arrived around 6:30pm, but one of our rooms is still not ready to check in yet, hose keeping hasn't done cleaning, I have to wait about additional 30 - 40 mins in lobby. I understand it's holiday seasons, so hotels might be busy, but this should not be considered as an excuse.

A modern older hotel with many amenities, huge spacious . Alot of optiond for the money enjoyed our stay for half of what you would pay for on the strip the money you save can pay for many ubers and have money left over.

A Home Away From Home in Las Vegas
We stayed here for 4 nights, and my family and I absolutely loved it overall! My favorite spots were the balcony with the stunning strip view and the jetted tub. The room was spacious, the bathroom was amazing, and the fully equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. The only issues we encountered were a clogged toilet and a broken full-sized fridge. However, they provided a small fridge as a temporary solution, which was helpful. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return. This will definitely be our go-to place every time we visit Las Vegas—it truly feels like home!

Great quiet location where we’d like to stay away from the strip. Parking is free and accessible. Safe and clean environment. Restaurant is awesome and staff is friendly. View is good. Minor issues: Balcony is locked. Stools at the pantry are missing feet.
