Unfortunately our room was rundown. The lights didn’t work and the air conditioning unit was so loud it woke us up every time it turned on. The ceilings are extremely low and it felt dark. I would not recommend this property.

Linq experience never again

I have a bad experience with this hotel , I have booked a king bed but at check in they did not have any , so they give me a room with 2 beds , I have to sleep in separate beds with my wife. They told me if I present myself next day between 12 to 2pm they may have a better room. NO way , I have to attend an Expo. We have requested housekeeping every day . the last day they never clean the room. We called at 5pm to ask why ? they couldn't explain and say they will send housekeeping to clean our room. We only received a few clean towels and no one show up until 11;15pm , we were sleeping at that time. Room has no coffee machine, safe box was not working and unattached. All personnel at checking in or customer service really unkind , no good treatment and service at all.

I was very disappointed at the hidden fees. For instance, I was charged a resort fee for Wifi and the fitness center. I told the desk clerk I did not need either so didn’t need to pay the resort fee. She said the fee was mandatory. I did not use the fitness center and I was not given any info on the WiFi. The only wifi that showed was unsecured so I did not open it. I got up early and tried to shower but there was no electricity in the bathroom. I shared using the light from my phone and tried to blow dry my hair but even the outlet was without power. I later saw there was a reset button on the outlet and when I pushed that, the lights and outlet worked.

I’m giving this a 3 star overall because I booked a specific room and we got there and they couldn’t honor it. That was pretty frustrated and ended up in smaller beds. We were then told we can “squeeze you into a double queen”. We originally booked a single king. They tried to tell us we had to take a double. Overall experience was good otherwise, just disappointing when booked almost a month in advance.

This property feels outdated. The shower layout is less than ideal. Clearly, the poor design of the shower glass lead to the need for the shower curtain. Gross.

Major stains throughout the suite, especially the bedding. The room was very beat up.
