Restroom light wasn’t working. Parking is horrible and confusing. Valet was full, so we had to park in garage 2 which was a little far from check in. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Fantastic location for entertainment and food. Lots of slots to play. Hotel however, is run down, dark hallways, kinda dingy. Room was extremly small to the point of almost unfunctional for 3 people. Check in process was miserable. Staff shove you to an automated check in machine and then are rude and unhelpful if there's problems. Parking for an oversized vehicle was non existant. Had to pay to park in the next hotels oversized lot.

Turn off the AC when its 40 degrees
I selected to have my room cleaned daily however they still had not made the room after my 2nd of four nights. I had to call and request room to be cleaned. It was 40 degrees and the hotel still has the AC on. You couldnt enjoy being in the hotel without wearing a jacket or coat.

I like the proximity of the attractions and all the nearby activities. But the hotel check-in kiosk machine did not work. It was frustrating because we wanted to interact with a real person at hotel registration but was directed to use the kiosk machine. After the machine didn't work, we were then directed to an actual person. We were already tired and hungry due to our delayed flight so this further delay didn't make us happy. And the bathroom sink counter and floor weren't clean but we were too tired to complain. We just cleaned it ourselves.

Room was okay. Needed a deep clean on the carpets and bathroom & the linen had a bunch of lint on the sheets (I thought were bugs). The shower head wouldn’t adjust which was quite annoying. But besides these things the stay was great. Lots of dining options and staff were amazing.
