Was traveling from PA to AZ, when a snow and ice storm came in. Decided to stay here two nights for the weather to clear. Spent over $400, go there checked in and went to the room. Opened the door to find someone’s belongings everywhere. I left all my belongings there and grabbed my two dogs and went back to reception to find out I was the SECOND person in a row this happened to. Only room left had no working tv, WiFi wouldn’t work. I was stuck in a room for nearly two days with no form of entertainment but was desperate for a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in. I’m still livid that I paid what I paid considering all the issues. The staff was very apologetic and friendly though.

This was a great hotel. There was TONS of room in the bathroom and shower for personal items, something a lot of hotels lack. Lots of space around the room and the bed, including drawers for suitcases, clothes, etc - without feeling crowded. Very clean. All staff we encountered were very friendly. We will stay here again.
