The property was great our room was clean and beds were comfortable. the bathtub was very slick and my husband and I nearly fell in the shower!! The non slip applications are gone ! Some one is going to get hurt especially the age of your clients.

Enjoyable stay visiting family at the Villages. Breakfast room offered nice quick options. Unfortunately the shampoo and liquid soap in shower was empty. Big disappointment because I couldn’t wash my hair.

The toilet seat had poop on it when we got there. Room 234. I had to clean it off before we used it. I always inspect the toilet seat before I use one. Other than that, everything else was ok.

Water was freezing. Booked two weeks in advance. I did not receive email stating they had water heater issues so I could book another hotel. Instead, they were sold out of rooms, and after pulling a double I had to take a shower in freezing water at 3am.

Phenomenal

Amazing overnight in a clean, spacious and quiet room. The he complementary breakfast was delicious.. The young gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and gave us a room in a quiet location.
