Our only complaint was that the breakfast was a little weak. Most of the steam trays were nearly empty, and the gal who was in charge didn’t exactly scramble to replenish them. Otherwise, we found the room to be very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The staff was very nice but they are very behind in the housekeeping department. Our room was never cleaned and when we asked for clean towels they never had any clean at the time. We would have to wait for loads of laundry to be done.

This is my second stay at this property Had to move rooms due to mold issues ceiling above shower. Staff was very understanding and helped us by moving to a new room without hesitation. Very friendly staff!

The staff there were excellent! Very friendly, answered my questions and very responsive. My son and I stayed there because he was going to college at WSU and the hotel is about 12 min away. The hotel is conveniently 3 minutes away from Walmart and Target so shopping for college/dorm stuff was easy. The only unfortunate thing I have to say is they raised the prices to a crazy amount on the weekend…it was a bit much in my opinion.

Hotel is understaffed. No breakfast or coffee available one morning before we left. Breakfast worker was also manning the front desk. No housekeeping was available to change out towels. Front desk person said they were running laundry and would deliver later. Bathroom floor wasn’t clean.

Price is not worth it!
I will never stay here again. I booked the hotel for the rate and how close it was to the college campus. This property is extremely old and outdated. At 3:00am in the morning, I thought there was a dog fight in the lobby. There was several dogs barking and people yelling. It was very weird. People yelled through the lobby all night long. I felt so uncomfortable with my family, I didn’t even bother to eat the contential breakfast. Please don’t stay here, by yourself it was not good. I am pretty sure I had bed bugs in my bed as well.
