The house was absolutely beautiful! The games were set up in the heated garage, so even in the extreme cold our family had a great time enjoying the golf simulator, pool, and ping pong. We did have a little challenge at first with regulating the temperature—keeping my parents warm downstairs while the rest of us stayed cool upstairs—but Seth was incredibly responsive and helpful. By our second night, we had everything running perfectly.With a larger group (we had 11 people), I’d recommend spacing out shower times. We never ran out of hot water, but the last person might end up with a slightly lukewarm shower, which is understandable when the system needs time to recharge.I would highly recommend this home. It’s close to downtown, surrounded by charming little restaurants, and the neighborhood is wonderfully quiet—aside from the resident rooster who gave us a cheerful wake-up call each morning, which we all found pretty amusing.We would have loved to stay longer if time allowed, and we truly hope to return one day. Thank you, Seth, for helping make this such a memorable and relaxing vacation for our whole family.
