Location is main attraction for this hotel. It is in close proximity to Rupp arena and several restaurants. The rest is just average. My room had a dingy smell reminding me of an old basement. The air conditioning controls did not work...the fan was on full blast and couldn't be adjusted. The bathroom does not have a fan so when you take a shower it is like a steam room. The picture in the bathroom had water stains and there was dried caulk on the counter showing a lack of attention or care for aesthetics. Lastly, the receptionist at the front desk during checkin was less than welcoming. I usually don't complain, but for $350 a night on a Thursday, i expected better.

Property was nice, staff was kind. Only issue was the noise from neighbors, though that doesn’t reflect on the business. Could hear every door slam and people were screaming down the halls close to midnight.

Our room smelled very musty. Our allergies were terrible in the morning. The ladies at the lobby bar were not friendly at all. The hotel being downtown and many things being walkable was nice. The hotel was decorated and updated nicely.

Supposed to have gotten free breakfast. Shower head could have been better for a $200 room. Also BBM closed at 11:30 on a Saturday night with a bar full of people. Room was spacious and quiet 7/10 overall

This place was great. Check in was quick and easy and the room was very clean. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar which had great cocktails. There was a huge selection of restaurants in walking distance.
