A VERY nice room! We needed a break during an extended power failure and to decided to go here. We were pleased, impressed, and comfortable during our stay. With only one exception... the big sliding (barn type) bathroom door had frosted glass which we initially thought looked nice and was pretty "cool". Well, it was "cool"... until bedtime. We like to leave a bathroom door slightly cracked and a light on inside. This door is in right in front of the bed and the glass door lights lit up the bed brighter than an airport runway! Much too bright, and no dimmers to tone it down! All the other lights were too bright to leave on too, so we turned them all off and we had to feel around like a blind person to get up and use the bathroom that night. No big deal, but I highly recommend bringing a plug-in "night light" from your home or pick one up from a store on your way to the hotel. We know someone else that travels a lot he said he stays at other Springhill Suites and he says that he likes them... EXCEPT for the frosted glass bathroom door! He brought up the door issue, before we did! Other than that... these suites are great, friendly service, and a pleasant comfortable atmosphere.

Great stay! Neat and clean and friendly.
Great time, wonderful amenities and kind and attentive staff. Our AC broke and they came in and fixed it and replaced with new HVAC which was great. Neat, clean hotel with wonderful staff. Will stay here again, for sure

The moment you walk in you are consumed by an amazing smell! The lady that checked us in was awesome. Then it all went down hill. The "heated" pool was not, it was ice cold. The "Whirlpool" doesn't exist, they got the wrong sign during construction. We asked multiple times if anything could be done about the temp of the pool and nothing happened. We chose the hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub so it was disappointing. First day, we returned to find that housekeeping removed our towels but didn't replace them. We had to go downstairs to the desk to get them. The shower head dripped all night in the shower on the metal drain. Honestly i would have expected some discount however nothing was offered. Definitely will choose another hotel on my next trip to the area.
