We really liked our experience in this hotel. The location was amazing. You can’t beat that. You’re right in the middle of everything although room was quiet and you don’t hear any noise. Clean.All staff were very friendly.

Great location, lovely staff

It was lovely staying at hotel Santa Justa, its location is excellent, right in the historical center of Lisbon, and yet it is quiet and the surrounding are clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, though it could use some more storage for clothes.

Fabulous hotel, friendly staff and easy walking to everything in the old city. Excellent breakfast buffet and the rooms are so comfortable and much larger than many European hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

Quality hotel in central old Town

Walkable downtown location, clean, room had tiny balcony to sit out on, great shower + quality toiletries. I was upgraded to a top-floor junior suite with slanted ceilings. Folks my height (6’) need to watch their heads.

Lovely rooms that are modern and clean. Welcome pastries and port in room. Breakfasts were amazing. Walkable to all attractions and parking. Many nearby restaurants, bars and markets. Front desk staff incredibly friendly and eager to help! Would stay here again!

Since the rating reflects the overall experience, it wouldn’t be fair to deduct a star simply because a few areas could be updated. Addressing such updates is the responsibility of the developer or higher management, not the employees. The hospitality, warmth, and accommodations were superb. The hotel is centrally located, though it’s not possible to drive directly to the front door due to narrow streets. However, it’s only a 4-minute walk from the drop-off point. They also offer Fado music on Saturdays, which adds a wonderful cultural touch. Overall, the experience was amazing, and if I return to Lisbon, I would gladly stay here again.
