Fantastic stay
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are updated, clean. Bed was very comfortable. Daily supply of Nespresso coffee. Lovely decor. Pleasent fragrance both in and out of the room. Breakfast was great and have had different options every day. Good views. Proper airconditining. There was a security guard too making you feel extra secure. Located in a clean safe area and very easy access to Metro, busses and trains. The Shopping mall next door was a real bonus. Definitely will stay again and recommended.

The hotel is fine for its price. Only thing you need to be aware of is that it locates directly above metro station, at midnight you could still hear train running through, early morning too. I don't know whether this applies to higher floor, we lived on 1st floor and we hear the train clearly. Not very annoying though.

Climatisation bruyante
Reservation de 2 chambres pour une famille de 4, on se retrouve avec 1 chambre au 4eme et une autre au 7eme... reponse l hotel est complet ! Desole pour moi c est un manque d anticipation et par consequent de professionnalisme. La climatisation est hyper bruyante et il faut demande a la reception de debloquer car sinon elle s éteint automatiquement au bout de 30 minutes .. Mauvaise insonorisation car on entend les motos passer dans l avenue. Dommage car le personnel est gentil l hôtel idéalement situé a la sortie de metro, la literie est bonne, et la nespresso a disposition est digne d un bon service. Il est note parking disponible toutefois il s agit du oarking d en face du campo pequeno mais plus de cartes de l hotel ... j ai trouve le.parking de l hotel vip inn berna a 5 mn a pied moins cher que celui d en face !

Very convenient location. You can easily access most parts of Lisbon from there. Metro is just right in front of the main entrance. Staff is very courteous and always willing to help you. I highly recommend!

Excellent location, right next to the Metro station, not too busy on the traffic, very nice and clean. Former official rooming palace, recently renovated, with great taste and effort. Highly recommended.
